Lol would you like me to keep a journal tonight of all the times LBJ fouls without being called for it? But I dont expect them to call it, if you dont call 2 fouls during the final 4 seconds of a close game on a potential game tying shot...theyre not going to call them periodrobj55;1204668 wrote:Can you point out any specific plays from last game that were fouls, or are you just making the assumption that because someone plays physical defense they should have fouls called on them. You can defend without fouling you know. -
karen lotzHb31187;1204659 wrote:They had a segment on SC about how Lebron has somehow managed to play physical defense on Durant and still average less than a foul per game. Jalen and I think it was Barry had no explanation as to how that happens. Lol we all know how that happens.
Anyways, I think RW goes off tonight and is in attack mode from the get go and powers them to a win. Then Miami will take game 5
probably has to do with his high basketball IQ and knowing when not to reach and when to back off. give it up man. -

Lmao I dont disagree with his high Bball IQ at all. But playing 40 plus minutes a night and averaging like 1 foul a game is ridiculouskaren lotz;1204675 wrote:probably has to do with his high basketball IQ and knowing when not to reach and when to back off. give it up man. -

Then don't make the claim that he should have more fouls called on him when he isn't fouling. He can defend without fouling at a high rate, a tribute to his basketball IQ.Hb31187;1204673 wrote:Lol would you like me to keep a journal tonight of all the times LBJ fouls without being called for it? Not if you aren't committing fouls, I'm pretty sure the number of fouls you commit isn't automatically pre-determined by the number of minutes you play.Hb31187;1204677 wrote:Lmao I dont disagree with his high Bball IQ at all. Lol I give up. LBJ , plays tough physical defense on the leagues best scorer and doesnt commit more than 1 foul a game. His vastly superior bball IQ has allowed him to probably set records for the lowest amoutn of fouls as compared to minutes played in playoff history. I take my hat off to himrobj55;1204685 wrote:Not if you aren't committing fouls, I'm pretty sure the number of fouls you commit isn't automatically pre-determined by the number of minutes you play. -

I'm sure you saw the SC segment when Javie said the ref was out of position and blocked by Durant from seeing the fouls? Is he supposed to guess? Durant should have been fouled out at the 3 minute mark but no one on here complains about that missed call.
The refs have missed calls both ways, they aren't fixing games, the league isn't fixing games. -

Point out fouls from last game then, your argument is flawed because you are looking at it as a predetermined set of fouls someone should receive for playing x amount of minutes. If Durant wants to get him in foul trouble he should actually attempt to drive to the basket, not shoot jumpers 90% of the time.Hb31187;1204687 wrote:Lol I give up. Aka convincing you LBJ has ever done anything wrong in his career is about as likely as me being invited to join the KKKrobj55;1204702 wrote:AKA I knew I was wrong, and am making a smart ass comment to cover that up. -

Another deterrent from the argument at hand, still waiting for those supposed calls that should have been made last game.Hb31187;1204705 wrote:Aka convincing you LBJ has ever done anything wrong in his career is about as likely as me being invited to join the KKK -

I'll keep notes tonight since its apparently necessary . -
robj55
Then you shouldn't have even brought up the topic, you are making a general assumption that because he played 40 minutes he should have had x amount of fouls, which is just ignorant and you know it.Hb31187;1204722 wrote:Here let me pull my DVR up on my work computer. Hb31187Law of common sense says playing multiple multiple multiple playoff games 40 or more minutes you should average more than like 1 foul a game. Im not saying theres a predetermined amount of fouls he should have. But his ratio of fouls to minutes played is off the charts probably in the history of the playoffs.

robj55
That is a complete assumption, and unless you can back it up with specific examples then it holds no weight.Hb31187;1204729 wrote:Law of common sense says playing multiple multiple multiple playoff games 40 or more minutes you should average more than like 1 foul a game. You're the same person complaining that LeBron guards Fisher and other non offensive threats and now are outraged he doesn't foul more? Let it go. -
Laley23Saying he plays good defense and should be called for a foul is just as dumb...when Durant played good defense and was called for fouls.

Lol you're something else. You know just as well as i do, that hes played an ungodly amount of minutes with like 20 total fouls in the playoffs mayberobj55;1204732 wrote:That is a complete assumption, and unless you can back it up with specific examples then it holds no weight. -

He's a star in the league and gets preferential treatment. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME.
