    It was Game 6 :)

Also, Mo Williams stepped up huge against Boston in that game the Cavs came back and won late.

It took Dirk a LONG time to win a title.

With the exception of the biggest game in the series

My original point was that the Cavs were more than good enough to get it done that year. Biggest difference between the two teams was the play of the superstar. Last years Mavs werent head and shoulders better than that Cavs team, not sure they were at all. Dirk came to play and he carried his team, thats what a superstar is supposed to do.

Being a superstar like Lebron is, you CANT have a game 5 like the one that he did.

Yeah it was Game 6 but it did send them to the Finals. Lebron was awful that game something like 3-12 but shot a lot of free throws.

I saw he was getting an MRI. Also saw that he might be done for the series.

World Peace can be both wonderfully and dangerously oblivious, and on this night he was dressed only in a button-down shirt, his underwear and a pair of flip-flops as he spoke. No, he hasn't personally apologized to Harden for flooring him with that vicious elbow on April 22. Nor does he plan to do so. Even a simple handshake seems out of the question.
"I don’t shake substitutions' hands,” World Peace said in a reference to Harden's Sixth Man of the Year status. “He doesn’t start."

lol i was just going to post that. He also said this when asked about showing remorse.
"It’s not my concern. It's their concern," World Peace said of the Thunder
fans. "We live in America – freedom of speech. You have freedom to do anything
    that you want to do."

For some reason I have sportscenter on in the background, and just heard Stephen A Smith and some chick talking about that quote.

SAS is like "well technically he's right, subs don't come in and shake everyone's hands" and the chick was like "yeah, he's not saying that w/ any disrespect they just don't shake hands with the subs"

LOL yeah, he meant no disrespect at all there...fucking national media, so god damn stupid

So when subs come in the game they go around and shake hands with the other players like the starters do?

    Bosh is out indefinitely.
  • Commander of Awesome
I hate to see injuries, I hope Bosh is 100% recovered by the 4th of July. :D

They can probably still find a way to get through the East without him (although the inevitable Boston series just became more interesting) but there is no way they get through any of the big dogs in the West without him. I know we all make fun of him and think he's soft, but that is still a big loss, if he cannot come back.

Indy is a decent little team but they are in the same place the Cavs were at their peak.

They just cannot really get any better. FA's aren't going to go there, the lottery is out of the question unless they go into tank mode or have a bunch of injuries in 2012-2013.

Lots of talk that Eric Gordon and Greg Oden will be signed, as both are from Indy. Though neither can stay healthy, and Oden is done, it would help. Gordon could finally be the go-to guy they need and Granger can do what he would be best at, Pippen.

Without Rose to start the year for the Bulls, I can see the Pacers getting that 2 seed next year.
  • Commander of Awesome
Like you said though, neither can stay healthy. Also Odenhas already said he's sitting next season out.

Would be nice to see the Pacers contending, I agree with Simmons, 2004 was their year.

Yep. They need a true star to go along with all the pieces they have. With a star, you could argue they have the best supporting cast in the league. But they have no star lol.

    Hill/Collison
    Barbosa/George
    Granger
    West/Hansborough
    Hibbert

Through a top player in there (though Hibbert is a FA), and they are probably considered top 3 along with OKC and Miami. That depth and support is awesome. But I agree, Indy isnt gonna land a top FA.

Way to miss the point (SHOCKER).

My point is SAS and the other SC chick saying "Artest didn't mean any disrespect by his comments" since technically subs don't shake hands when they come in. Artest is a bitch, it's sad that you support someone like that.
  • sportswizuhrd
I think Brooks should start Harden for the hell of it.
  • DeadliestWarrior34
Not sure if it's been posted or not.

  • Terry_Tate
    This has gotten fun.
  • Terry_Tate
Holiday with a freaking terrible possession. Held onto the ball for 19 seconds.
  • Hb31187
"A tremendous game by turner after the slow start" he has 8 points and 5 turnovers lmao
