Why so? Because this is information I get and you just assume it's false?

I also question your ability to see your computer screen without stepping on a foot stool so you can see over the table but I'm not calling you out on it.

Holmgren is a guy who likes to be in the spotlight and likes to bring in guys through free agency. Heckert isn't. Get over it.

The RGIII trade solved the QB position, and the 3 receivers they have signed (Garcon-25, Morgan-26,Royal-25) are all young guys and not the over the hill late 30's types they have traditionally tried when being aggressive in free agency.

Having resigned TE Fred Davis (also a young guy at 26), and drafted a franchise left tackle last year in Trent Williams, the Skins offense will put RGIII in the best possible position to succeed.

It almost looks like there is some semblance of a plan in Washington right now which is kind of scary.
I agree with this. I expect them to have a pretty exciting offense this year.

You can't just point out ONE fucking player in the history of Holmgren and make a claim based on that. If there are others, point them out. Stop saying "oh, see reggie white, that was a huge FA pickup for Holmgren..he loves huge FA pickups!"

Oh and the stepping on a foot stool computer screen joke you already used, and it wasn't funny the first time.

TB making some moves. I really wanted Nicks in Dallas.
  • Raw Dawgin' it
I don't think Vjax signing with TB was a good move - Freeman isn't going to get him the ball like Rivers did.

Money talks so can't blame him

Megatron gonna get a 7-year extension in Detroit. Probably going to be the highest paid WR in NFL history.

God, Tampa Bay is stupid...they also gave CB Eric "Burnt Toast/I couldn't tackle BR1986FB's 75 year old mom" Wright 5 years, $37.5 million, including $15.5 million guaranteed.

Holy SHIT! Lions reached agreement with WR Calvin Johnson on a seven-year, $132 million extension that includes $60 million guaranteed

C Johnson's contract with Detroit is going to make Brees contract in NO getting done a lot tougher....Also NFL network is reporting that Manning's contract will be bigger than this

Benjarvus Green-Ellis is apparently visiting Cincinnati... I'd rather make a push for Michael Bush, but not a bad 2nd option
  • Terry_Tate
Michael Bush is visiting Monday. I think the chances of signing Bush are fairly good, but we'll see.

Just good enough to keep their fans wanting Romo benched when he plays like shit, but not good enough to supplant him as the starter. Excellent.

    Per Adam Schefter...

[h=6]George Smith is reporting Titans are picking up Peyton Manning and bringing him back to Tennessee's training facility for meeting.[/h]

NFL Network reporting that one of Peyton Manning's incentives to sign with Titans is that they (Adams) are offering a place in the front office/organization once his playing career is over

Seems odd. Manning could have that with just about any team in the NFL once he's done playing. Not sure I see it as some unique incentive.
