AFC Championship Game - Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots

Terrible game for Browns fans to watch...who do you root for? The city that stole our team...or Bill Butthead?

Normally I'd root for the team that reps our division ( and that includes the Steelers)....but...

Haha...not even close. I've forgave Bill a long time ago when after his first Super Bowl win when he answered a question(paraphrased), "What do you think you've learned since the hard times in your first head coaching job in Cleveland?" He said, "I've learned to trust my veteran players." ...a pointed reference to the Kosar situation.. New England also boasts Josh McDaniels (local boy)as a coach.

No way do I root for the Ratbirds... Ravens....a illegitimate name for a stolen team.

The fact that you'd root for the Steelers makes me want to puke.

I have never had any ill will towards Belichick.....great coach.

Yeah, I would never root for the Steelers or the Ratbirds.

I have no love for the Steelers, but
#1)I'd take them over out of conference. Simply an extension of what my daddy taught me ( and he taught me right) You always root for conference in 'bowl' games. Even TSUN....and Dad was a Woody Hayes 'committeeman." The fact that I'd never root for Baltimore shows my absolute disgust and undying hatred for what they did OFF THE FIELD.
#2) I went to high school with the Rooneys (Dan and Art III) right here on the east side of Cleveland. There is no way you will convince me(nor any other knowledgable football fan) that the Steeler front office is anything but a first class and classy operation. I can't stand most of their fans and especially the front runners from around this area, but that is on them not a reflection of the ownership. There is an intense hatred because of the ON FIELD rivalry.....but that is just legitimate and good football.
#3) The Rooneys went to bat for Cleveland in their darkest football hour.

So if you feel the need to puke go right ahead...I'll save my deepest wretching for the slimeballs in Baltimore.

If you say so. If harboring rapists, drunks, wife beaters and Taliban sympathizers is "class", they are "class" personified. Hypocrites...

I won't dispute that their front office does an exceptional job of drafting and they have a great system in place but to say the Rooney's are "class" when they are in fact hypocrites is laughable.

And before anyone brings up the "Jim Brown was a wife beater", as I'm sure they will, on cue, Brown was from a long time ago in a land far away. The Browns aren't putting forth that they are some "chaste, squeaky clean" organization like everyone seems to think the Steelers are. The players I mentioned are STILL on Pittsburgh's roster.

I kinda think the Ravens have the better overall team here but it keeps going back to Tom Brady vs. Joe Flacco in a conference championship game.

    New England 30
    Baltimore 26

New England hasn't played anyone better then Dolphins since week 11. I think everyone forgets just how bad their defensive is. So far is the playoffs we have learned that teams with a good defensive and running game beat a great qb. I'll take the ravens 25-20.

I think the 5 turnovers did in the Saints not the 49er's defense or running game. The Saints moved the ball easily and put up 32 pts.

Ravens have a good defensive plan.....offense needs to get 24+ points....unless defense or special team can help

That 3rd down throw to the end zone by Brady was perfect. Welker slowed down and looked back, if he would have just kept going that probably was a TD.

Credit to Ravens defense....Lewis was textbook on that play.

LaDarius Webb is one of THE best defensive players in football.

A better pass would have been 6.

How about an ounce of insight without every post being facetious.

And one by Brady and they'd be in FG range
