NFC Wild Card Game - (6) Detroit Lions at (3) New Orleans Saints
-
NonDetroit isn't going all the way this year but they're close because of this offense.
Need a few pieces on defense. -
dazedconfusedi know he's a beast in all but the saints might want to attempt to guard megatron
-
NonEntertaining game.
Good pick for Saturday night. -
Nongreat hit...clean in my book...but surprised there wasn't a flag

Mendenhall getting hurt.
I'm just going to say that there's a chance that Redman is better suited for the playoffs because of the way he runs between the tackles and picks up hidden yards. If he can run hard and get the offensive line pumped up to block for him, they'll be more balanced. And then if they make it to the Super Bowl, they'll have the balanced offense with more ball control to go along with the defense. Unlikely but there's a chance.
Shocker non randomly brings up the Steelers in a non-steelers thread -

semi-random -
Nonball was out

Tiger2003Didn't anyone else hear a whistle?
-
Nonsecond turnover
Lions better cash in, big opportunity -
tk421long way to go but I'm going to laugh if after all the hype about his great record breaking season Brees is one and done.
-
Benny The Jetwhy did they call it dead if it was a fumble? he coul have clearly taken that to the hosue
-
tk421Lions need to capitalize on these turnovers big time.

That's what I was wondering too. If the Steelers can get these opportunities they better not get screwed by the refs Like that.

It's all open playoff talk now anyway. It's all connected as these teams chase the Lombardi Trophy.SportsAndLady;1042438 wrote:Ya nfc vs afc discussion not individual teams in the conferences. Christ its like u look for any chance to bring up your precious Steelers -
Tiger2003Should have been a flag.

this is lions vs saints. just as the other thread was texans vs bengals. NOTHING to do with the steelersNon;1042440 wrote:It's all open playoff talk now anyway. It's all connected as these teams chase the Lombardi Trophy.
as far as this game, lions need to capatalize on those turnovers -
NonThat would've been a flag if that was a Steelers defensive player spiking the guy lol

Wrong. BR was discussing the teams left and if they could compete against the Saints or Packers. Other teams were already drawn into the discussion.DeyDurkie5;1042446 wrote:this is lions vs saints. just as the other thread was texans vs bengals. NOTHING to do with the steelers

Pretty sure AFC vs NFC was getting talked about. -
tk421Lions 2 turnovers and 0 points, not going to cut it.
-
NonI like the Lions being borderline dirty...there's sort of a way to do it that makes you a tough road team...but you can't be obvious to the extend that it draws penalty
just a little extra shove here and there is good football -
Nonno catch
-
tk421that's incomplete, but personal foul on Detroit.
