Week 14: Cleveland Browns (4-8) at Pittsburgh Steelers (9-3) - Thursday night

Not surprised. He looks woozy as shit taking that first snap back.

Yeah, James Harrison isn't the only one getting fined for what happened last night. I expect the league to crack down on the Browns for sending him back out there.

Tell that to Pat. If he was "playing to win the game", Wallace would've been the starting QB long ago.

Not sure if they would've won without Ben.

The Browns never scored again, but maybe if the Steelers don't make some of those longer drives with Batch in there, the Browns could've had more chances.
If Batch stayed in, the way things were going, the defense would have had to make about 8-10 stops with short fields, as he just wasn't moving the ball at all.

I don't have NFL Network, so was listening to the game on the radio. It was the Steeler announce team (Tunch, Woodley and whoever does play-by-play) and they were basically giving Harrison "play of the game" honors for the hit because they could tell McCoy wasn't the same when he came back into the game and that's what led to the pick that set up the clinching touchdown.

Wolfley is who you meant (not Woodley), right?

    Yeah. That's it.

The first drive by the offense was actually pretty decent...came out somewhat aggressive throwing the ball down the field, then after that came back to reality and played to "not lose" and what do you know, we end up losing. The D did their best to keep us in the game, but having the offense going 3and out 3 or 4 times in a row having the ball around mid-field or even in Pitt territory and punting it right back. Terrible offensive game planning once we got it there, not taking any shots at all. I was starting to think Colt may have a decent shot at being the guy but as the game went on he just angered me and I couldnt stand watching him throw the ball not even close to some guys. The Seneca comes in after Colt take a shot completes a good pass then goes right back in and throws a INT. That was one of the worse throws I've seen, that and the INT at the end of the game sealed his fate for me as being the QB for the future.

The white trash would make it rain Iron City cans if they didn't celebrate a hit that will lead to a $50k fine as play of the game

Yeah, he wasn't the same because he was concussed. Nice job by the Cleveland staff.

Heinz doesnt get very loud anymore. Was a bit disappointed. I missed all of last season so it was close to 2 years since I had been to a game. Only 60,000 plus in attendance so that was disappointing as well. I think everyone waves their towns and dont yell very much!

A few browns fans were cheering when Ben went down....and to be honest with ya......they probably woulda been beatn if a security guard didnt come down. He was there is a split second after he was hurt as he saw the browns fans standing and cheering.

    Bunch of jagoffs.

I never thought Heinz Field was very loud. It's too open. Only 60k plus? Max capacity for football is 65.

Any news on the injuries or Harrison? I bet he'll get the next game off. I'll be surprised if its 2.

Yet your radio guys, Douche Ilkin and the other scum, give Harrison "player of the game" honors for knocking out McCoy out of the game. Hypocrites....

Wish you could have been at the bar I was at, where most Steelers fans ordered a round of shots when McCoy went down. They were going crazy, loudest they were the entire game.

Point is...every fanbase has idiot fans that will root for injuries, not everyone is as respectful and classy as your wif---uhh, nevermind.

Heretic said "play of the game," not "player." Also, I'd like to know the context in which they said that in for the simple fact that it was a "big" play in the game and I think that's a legit thing to say without glorifying that it was illegal. McCoy was clearly rocked when the Browns incorrectly rushed him back into the game without properly assessing him first and that may have been what cost them the game.

I agree with the point of this post. The idiotic blanket statements are nauseating. "All Steeler fans are hilljacks!" and "Cleveland fans are the worst!"

    Ridiculous.
