Verlander got too fine with Posada, and walked him. 2 run lead with 2 out and none one, challenge him with 100 mph!
  • Ironman92
Verlander hit 101 mph on his 116th pitch.

    New Age Nolan Ryan....love him
  • karen lotz
Does he come out for the 9th?
  • Ironman92
    No....crazy Valverde
  • karen lotz
    Eh. Shaky.
  • Ironman92
Yankees need old and fat Andruw Jones in the lineup.

    Shaky? absolutely!

    49/49 in save opportunities? Absolutely!

Yankees season comes down to AJ Burnett? How ironic.

lot of saves with 3 run leads. He's good no doubt, but he always makes it interesting. Maybe you didn't see last night?

I remember when Crazy Valverde was with the Dbacks and doing his crazy act on the mound and rookie Braves SS Yunel Escobar stole second and Valverde never even made a throw to home, 1st or 2nd

Maybe I did and it wasn't a save situation.
  • Ironman92
Lots of 3 run saves or not....he still had many 1 run saves and blew nothing.

But running mouth is rough on the ol karma.
  • chicago510
How on earth was this guy perfect and Rivera blew 5 saves? I will never understand baseball
  • Ironman92
I think this is Jeter's first postseason at bat. Amirite?
  • karen lotz
Like I said. Good but definitely shaky.
  • Ironman92
    Holy Schnikes!

Mercy has the zone been a joke tonight.
  • Ironman92

  • karen lotz

  • Ironman92
    Crazy man....crazy
  • karen lotz
Man I hate seeing Jeter not come through.
  • chicago510
    Valverde...the anti-Rivera haha.

    Crazy dude.
  • Ironman92
Pretty damn pinpoint when he needed it most.

I'm sure there is no one the Yankees would rather have on the mound in game 4 than AJ fucking Burnett.

Maybe Javy Vazquez or Carl Pavano
