If we go 20 we won't have Janish to pitch. Guessing Cairo would be next.

The human ump still does all that! It just gives him a shock on the right arm to raise it when any part of the ball goes thru the solid shape.

What if he doesn't have a right arm?

Hanigan is so much better with Chapman.

Sandoval wants no part of taking a 100 mph in the hip for the team, in fact he nearly dislocated his hip trying to get out of the way!

What right-hander is the next if the Reds don't win it in the 12th? LeCure?
  • mhs95_06
Mota starts the 12th with 21 pitches.

Votto tried pulling the 3-1 on the outside edge! And hits a weak grounder to 2B.

Renteria has strung together a few game winning hits in not a long time span.

Arredondo getting a hit off of Brian Wilson....lol

If Dusty were a good manager, he'd do what good managers do - let his closer get 4 out saves. He's paid 12 million a year, and in the last year of his contract, he needs to be expected to do a little more than clean 9th inning saves!

If he brings him in to face Whiteside, he saves pitches for both Bray and Cordero, and doesn't have to use Chapman and Arredondo at all!

He has been playing better and came through on that base hit last night, but he is a major league player. Major league players are supposed to come through on occasion. If they didn't they'd be at the Citgo pumping gas. Guys are going to get base hits.

With that being said, I'm fine with him as long as he is a spot starter who only gets 1 start per week and then comes in as a pinch runner / double switch guy for the rest of the time.
