I already have said I like Tebow. Wouldn't mind seeing him succeed at all. He deserves it as hard as he works.

Tried to tell him this earlier, don't waste your time.

What was Terry Bradshaw and Joe Namaths career passing %?

Skyhook79;1026008 wrote:I knew you would ignore the 500 yds of total offense and nearly 400 yds passing by a rookie QB and 32 pts.

Since Tebow took over the defense has given up 185 total pts and the offense has scored 183. Looks pretty EVEN to me.
This is why people can't stand Tebow and Tebow nuthuggers, they give him all the credit, and blame everyone else when things don't go his way. This isn't tennis, football is a team sport.

Lol seriously...almost all his fourth quarter throws are dumpoffs. Thanks he makes ONE good/normal NFL throw and the nuthuggers are like OMG SEE HE CAN MAKE THROWS!!!

And I've tried to explain the concept of adaption, but you all are too stupid to get it. When the running game IS NOT WORKING, you don't keep doing the same thing over and over. Wow, I think high school coaches understand this concept.

90 yards rushing for the game, over 60 of that the very 1st drive. So, since the very first quarter, they've racked up a total of maybe 30 yards. Yes, clearly it's working.

Both overrated, and this is a passing era. That comparison doesn't work here, sorry

Good point, 60's and 70's style of football is very similar to football now. /sarcasm.

You know you're losing an argument when its you vs 10 and you're calling the 10 stupid...yeah cuz were all wrong and you're right, that's it

You think they don't want to throw the football? They can't, there is a difference. 48.6% completion percentage, anyone else and you would say they are terrible. Tebow puts up those numbers and we get," oh well he isn't a prototypical QB so those stats are irrelevant". Tell me another one Skip Bayless.

I'm rooting for the Broncos. I like Tebow the player. Can't stand the people who make him out to be the Messiah. Fans like you who make it seem like he does no wrong is where the hate comes from.

Wow, would you look at that. Tebow with a TD throw, see what happens if you let even a terrible QB according to everyone on here throw the ball?

    lol, TD throw
  • Skyhook79
Tebow and the Broncos start the 2nd half and Tebow throws as many times as the entire 1st half and guess what?
Tebow 3-4 and TD pass Tebow.

I've never said Tebow can do no wrong, I've said they aren't letting him do anything. You have to call more than 4 pass plays in a half to have a chance. I know they like running the ball, but you have to mix it up. They came out this half and threw the ball and they get a TD. It works.

running the ball opens up the passing game.

I know, it's amazing. Mixing up run and throw, who would have thought? This concept is so innovative, I hope it makes it in the NFL.

And when they stack 8-9 in the box, passing can open up the running. True or false?

You are comparing mixing up the run and pass with the wildcat? lol. I didn't say anything about Tebow, I was talking about having a balanced attack.
