Good call on that one BR.
With Crennel & Charlie Weis as stowaways.

Sounds like a late night stoner treat to me.
Also I thought I felt an earthquake earlier but it turns out it was just Romeo, Charlie joining CC, Bartolo and Gerard Warren rumbling down the turnpike to get to Detroit.

Was just common sense. With the Tribe only having 6 home games before a 10 day interleague trip that HAVE to get Pronk in there to try to jumpstart the offense. His bat, for the most part, will be wasted after these two series.

    Are we having posting problems?
  • BRF
    Well, that one went through.

Hammy not working this series? Maybe he is at a cottage, too! Hopefully, it is good luck.

    Game on!

    Go Tribe!

God I hate listening to these damn pirates commentators. But at least I get to watch the game

    Laporta is an idiot

laporta's ankle buckled when he got hung up in that rundown and he was helped off...i'd imagine marson will now be catching and santana will be moving to first
  • hoops23
    LOL.

Indians bases loaded, 1 out and Brantley has a 3-1 count...

Of course he gets a line drive out.

We won't get anything, even with Druby coming up.
  • dazedconfused
lol, we'll score a run on a balk
  • hoops23
LOL. A balk saves the Tribe.

They wouldn't have scored if not for that.
  • hoops23
I've honestly never been more frustrated by an offense before. Even the Browns offense didn't frustrate me this damn much.
  • Crimson streak
    Hanahan at first?
  • Crimson streak
If they play that shift on choo again he needs to bunt down the 3rd base line
  • Crimson streak
    Santana with a bomb
  • hoops23
Santana destroyed that pitch. That was a no doubter off the bat.

anybody know if the indians have given any consideration to using hafner at first during interleague? obviously with laporta going down, the spot is open and i'd much rather have hafner in there than everett or marson

I doubt it, especially since Hafner is glass.
  • dazedconfused
ok, grady could bunt it down the third base line right now and damn near get a double. what does he do? swings for the fences and strikes out. i can't take much more of him

I've been fed up with Grady for quite some time.
  • hoops23
Tomlin seems to have been hitting a 6th inning wall over his last few starts.

Not a chance. Hafner is a DH only. If LaPorta is gonna be out for awhile Duncan will probably come back.

    SMH
  • hoops23
As far as I'm concerned, that's 8 LOB in two chances with the bases loaded.

I'm not going to give the offense the benefit of the balk.

Pathetic. I'm sure Pittsburgh will be able to at least tie it up...

Tribe could easily be winning this by 4 or 5.
  • grodt
Of course it's a double whammy with LaPorta's injury that Everett is up in that situation.
  • dazedconfused
what if? what if we had an offense
