thank you (but you're right--the offense is almost non-existent, and IMO Choo hasn't done squat since he was featured in SI)

^I wasn't disagreeing that the pitching is coming back to earth (that should be expected), but I was just saying it wasn't exactly the main reason for this skid. We've had some big offensive nights, but we're not putting up enough runs on a consistent basis right now.

Of course, a skid like this should be expected. We're really the only team left who hasn't hit a skid, that is until now..

A poster on another site I frequent broke down the Tribe this way..

    Games 1-20 Tribe went 13-7
    Games 21-40 Tribe went 13-7

So far through games 41-60 The Tribe is 7-7

Definitely hitting a little slide, BUT, they are still playing .500 ball..

Again, the '07 team won 96 games, but mainly played .500 through June, July, and most of August... They dominated April, May, and the last part of August/September...

I just heard on MLB radio that the Tribe has played the 2nd hardest schedule in baseball. So this record has been piled up against good teams.. The only team with a harder schedule so far is Philly.

With that said, I have some awesome seats 4 rows up directly behind home plate. So hopefully my winning streak @ Tribe games continues tomorrow.

Well, I the game may not be so great after seeing the line-up that's being run out tonight...

Kearns and Duncan both starting... Ugh.

    Gotta get a W tonight.

    Split the series.

LH starter. (Derek Holland) Trying to get as many RH bats as they can in the line up. He's got an Era of 4.96. Maybe we'll score some runs tonight.

Awesome seats hoops. Have a great time and bring home a win!

smh, anyone else fed up with Santana this year?

Also who is Larson and Kearns playing on the same day?
  • Laley23
Wouldve been nice if Everette wasnt a pussy and had gone to 3rd on the Brantley single. Then it would be a 2-1 game.

Still has the teams best OBP. Makes the least amount of outs of anyone on the team (outside of the injured Pronk).
