Again with the sarcastic responses...you really are the worst poster on this site (I received 3 PMs today from other posters saying that) -

LOL. Oh no, Karen, people are sending S&L pm's about you. My god, how pathetic is that? -
karen lotzSportsAndLady;777226 wrote:It was sarcasm. And it's still true, 3 games in May do not mean much in the grand scheme of things. Indians fans will want to talk about it and be excited about it...Reds fans will want to put it behind us...I don't understand why that is so difficult for you two lovebirds to grasp?
In the grand scheme of things they do. If the Braves had lost one more game in May last year, they wouldn't have been in a playoff for the NL wild card. Like I said earlier today, every game counts the same in the standings, regardless of which part of the calendar they are played. -
ytownfootballI see the tears of a few have made this thread truly "official".
Happy as hell to be up 7 in May... -

Yep, I'm a homosexual. As homo as they come in fact.
Seriously, with the "homosexual" insults, you show that you have an IQ of a platypus. Yes, a fucking platypus.. -

No way. These games mean nothing! In fact, I wasn't even sure if they actually even counted towards standings or W/L record? Hmm... -

Yeah you completely missed what I was saying. I am saying losing 3 games in May doesn't make a team bad, nor does winning 3 make a team good. It's just 3 games out of 162. -

Read closely. Being a homosexual is different than sounding like a homosexual. Saying L. o. fucking L is just the gayest. -

LOL.
S&L has really had some gems. He should take his own advice and STFU before he does it again... -

Hmm, with this kind of expertise it sounds like you've had plenty of experience in what the "gayest" is, no? -

No, I understand that part. But to say they don't matter in the grand scheme of things is wrong. Most teams have a goal of making the playoffs, 3 games can very easily impact that. The Braves have already pissed away 7 or 8 wins this year, and its going to come back to bite them in the ass when they run out of games to catch either the Phillies or whoever is leading the wildcard. -

That's a pretty immature comeback for a deadbeat with a kid, don't ya think? -

Huh? I'm somewhat confused by this statement. -

Jesus, stop taking everything so literally...obviously they "matter" but as a fan, it's not the end of the world. The reason why I said what I said was in response to someone saying the Reds are not a good team this year because of this series...I said losing 3 games does not make a team bad, so these games are irrelevant.
The reds lost 4 games in a row last year in April, they didn't matter when it's all said and done. There was no reason to think the season is over just because they lost a few games during a 5 month season. -

hoops23I fail to see where anyone said it was the end of the world. But you guys are acting like it because a few of us were giving you shit...

like_thatMost of these quotes are the reason why I think Jordo is such a douche.
hoops23;776860 wrote:And seriously, all the bitching over a little ribbing? I mean seriously guys? Seriously?....
That's pretty fucking pathetic. If you can;t take some ribbing when your teams lose, stop watching sports.
The funny thing is, Jordo was trolling in a Cleveland thread awhile back (surprise...), and he tried to say we were getting "butt hurt," and claimed Cincinnati fans would have thicker skin if we did the same shit. What's going on in this thread isn't even half of what Jordo spews in Cleveland threads, yet here he is QQing.
What should we do? Cry, because the Indians are doing well? LMAO GTFO. This post defines being a sore loser.jordo212000;777058 wrote:I love all this noise that Indians fans are talking. They have really gotten a little more courage since the start of the season. They've gone from "woe is me, my owner sucks, let's not support our team" to morons who talk trash in May after a largely meaningless series. I love it. What a quick transition that was.
Pretty sure what devil posted was in jest (www.dictionary.com). See, you don't know this because you are only a Cleveland troll, but most Cleveland fans are cautiously optimistic when good things happen, so I highly doubt devil's post was a reflection of his attitude toward Cleveland's season at this point.jordo212000;777109 wrote:Ehh not a sore loser. Just laughing at how stupid some of you sound. Youd think you guys just won the ALCS. When somebody posts something like what devil did, you can be sure it is going to get some sort of response.

Yeah, you provided the backhanded compliment after you trolled the first 2 pages. That's what you call passive aggressive trolling. GTFO, you aren't kidding anyone with your bs. Everyone knows that you are trolling when you post your bs. Get over yourself.

Funny, because Jordo mocked Skyhook for his "meaningless" approach to the Lakers' regular season, yet he is doing the same thing. I am not getting all up in arms over this series, but I just think the hypocrisy is hilarious. -
