THE4RINGZHoush remembered his days as a Bengal.

GoChiefsBlaming that loss on Housh is ridiculous.
-
THE4RINGZIt is hard to "blame" that loss on anyone. You gotta play all four quarters, so if anyone is to blame, blame Harbaugh.
And I am saying blame him not only for the turd his team laid today in the second half, but.also blame him for being such a bitch in the post game press conference he had after the last Steelers ravens game. I am sure that came up in the Pittsburgh locker room at Halftime today. -
DthaneDidn't Boldin drop one in the endzone? I am a Dolphin fan first, Steelers second. While a few of the calls were ticky tick, I can see that the refs wanted to keep some control. It seemed equally bad to me, for examplenly Hines gets called for penalty early, and #68 Kemoto (spelling is wrong but must translate to "big and dumb" in his country of origin language) got called for piling on once, and it could have easily been twice. And what was his Wunderlick score? The defensive hold near the goal line was clear. If you didn't see the replay, the defensive lineman that it was called on was blocked by Pouncey, who then was moving on to wipe someone else out. The D-lineman then grabbed Pouncey's jersey with one or two hands, impeding or restricting him from getting to the next level. It wasn't like he was using his hands to push off or shed. Had it occurred deep in the line, it may not have been seen. But right out in the open, close to the goal line with two officials within 10 yards? It's going to get called a whole lot.

AutomatikTerrible towel karma. You fuck with the towel.....then you get fucked. Hahahahahaa

AutomatikThe Steel Curtain was ballin.
Todd Heap: 43 yards, 1 TD
TJ Houshmandzadeh: 38 yards
Ray Rice: 32 yards rushing, 32 yards receiving, 1 TD
Willis McGahee: 4 yards rushing, 14 yards receiving
Anquan Boldin: -2 yards -
wghfanJust another choke job by the Ravens. The only time they could close out the deal was back in year 2000.
-
killer_ewokJust incredible. Down 14 at the half. Who knows what will happen next Sunday but that was a championship team response today.
-
HereticVery true, Ewok. They might get smoked next week, but the way they fought back to win today was just awesome to watch. They simply out-gutted the one team I thought had the ability to out-gut them. Some teams (particularly NE) can out-skill them, but today showed they're as gutsy a group of mo-fos as you'll find. The way the first half went, Baltimore should have won. Pittsburgh made sure that didn't happen.

False. -
rock_knutneI went back and read some of this thread and was entertained by the hater posts!
What a comeback, Big Ben does it again and the defense was lights out! Bring on the Pats or Jets! -

More of a meltdown than a comeback. Pitt won because of two dropped passes more than anything.rock_knutne;640094 wrote:I went back and read some of this thread and was entertained by the hater posts!

Pittsburgh won because of amazing defense.
Baltimore = 126 TOTAL yards. That called being "held in check." -
Ironman92Steelers made huge plays when it mattered most, 3rd and 10, 3rd and 19, big sack....AND the Ravens dropped balls when it mattered most....TD and 1st down on 35
At least Triplette won't be seen anymore this season. -

yeah....not too mention they put up 31 on a pretty damn good defense. -
PrescottPittsburgh gave the game to Baltimore in the first half, but the Ravens were not good enough to close the deal. Winning football means gaining more than 28 yards in the 2nd half and it means being smart enough not to let a WR get behind your defense on 3rd and 19. The Steelers were statistically dominant and on this day they were the better team.

NonWhat a team!
Finally got back.
It was pandemonium in the stadium and after the game.
I've been fortunate to go to a lot of games, even the last Super Bowl and AFC Championship game, but I'd put that experience up with the best. There was so much emotion and adrenaline the entire second half, people diving on each other and hugging all the way out the stadium.
I know it wasn't the sharpest game. The Steelers made mistakes. The Ravens made mistakes. But when you're down 21-7 at halftime in the playoffs, you just have to pull together and rally. The Steelers defense create the opportunities for them to comeback. And a lot of players had to contribute, even some unsung heroes like Ryan Clark, William Gay who had to step up with McFadden out and of course Antonio Brown.
No question the Steelers will have to play better next week but I love when they make it this far, however they have to do it.
