I've got the Pats in the SB

It will be closer than the last one but I think the Pats get it done at home

    Patriots by a lot.

This will be an interesting game, but the inexperience of Sanchez will be exposed quite a bit. We also won't see LT and Greene rushing for good yardage like against the anemic Colts run defense. The Pats just have too many weapons. Aaron Hernandez creates mismatches in man coverage, and Rob Gronkowski is their zone specialist, especially in the red zone. Woodhead and Green-Ellis could struggle a bit, but Brady makes plays.

Ironman is trying to jinx the Patriots by picking them huge. But we all know he doesn't really mean it so it won't work.

I think New England will win. Not sure of a score though.
  • Ironman92
    sorry, skyhook....not this time

Actually, I was going to be silly by making huge margins and as the week went on I was going to cut it down to what I thought it really would be.......even though you ruined that......I'll continue.

BTW.....I use my jinx powers on vbookie

    Go Seahawks!

Actually I think you just ruined it. I would have never thought that had you not said it.

Nothing in it for me really to jinx.

Every year the Steelers make it to the SB or win it they seem to get the benefit of playing the teams that many thought wouldn't be there...especially in the last 2 SB wins......so the Jets winning would be fine by me as long as the Steelers win their game next Sat...if the Steelers play the Patriots it would be a rematch and a chance to redeem....and it would mean that best teams IMO would be playing for a chance to go to the SB.....If the Patritos beat them it would be the best team making it...if the Jets went on to beat the Steelers.....ugh...nightmare.

I'm saving up my big jinx for the right moment.

    Seahawks/Steelers SB!

    Enjoy your Sunday.

I've changed my mind. Jets by 2 TDs.

    Nice try.

    Patriots- 31
    Jets- 17

Sanchez struggles mightily in this one. The Jets have trouble establishing the run, and Sanchez throws a pick or two. Patriots defense scores a TD.

Are you sure the Pats defense won't score that TD on offense?

As a Steeler fan...if the Steleers can win it would be pretty silly not to root for the Jets......but if the Steelers lose or the Pats break it open....I'll whole-hearted root for Belichick to run the score up to about 70 and then proceed to tell Rex Ryan how it is.
  • justincredible
Jets hold the Pats to 13 points. Fact.
  • Ironman92
in the first 9 minutes of the game

New England will roll...Bring on the Ravens.
  • Heretic
I think the best opportunity the Jets have will be if Ryan can get in the head of the New England players. During his next press conference, he needs to ramble on dementedly for 15 minutes on how a striking man like Tom Brady must have beautiful feet and how much he'd like to rub lotion into them for hours.
