Cavs @ Heat....does anyone even care anymore?

You're acting like the Heat were attacking the rim all night while the Cavs just chucked up shots from the perimeter, thats just not the case. Varejo might not be much of an "attacker" but he went hard to the rim from inside a couple times and didnt get the calls.

I realize that I might be looking at this game trhough homer glasses but at least I will admit that. Dont act like you're unbiased in this whole thing. You trashed Bron and the Cavs last year. Once Bron was no longer on the Cavs you have been praising him. You are just as biased as I am.
Boobie attacked the rim with an array of floaters and runners? Ok..

Please go back and find one post where I trashed LeBron and the Cavs last year. I have been a fan of LeBron since I watched him play in high school and wanted he and the Cavs to do well while he was in Cleveland. I still would like to see the Cavs win games, but at the same time I'm not a lifelong fan like some on here are. Go ahead and find a post (outside of where I said he handled the whole "Decision" thing wrong) where I trashed LeBron and I won't post on a Cavs thread again.

One way to look at it is that four of those guys were starters on a playoff caliber team last year. But I agree for the most part, however I don't know who the one and possibly two guys are that you think would start?

What does thay say about Lebron?

It says he is Scottie Pippen. haha. It says that he sucks and won't win a Championship before the Cavs!

Funny thing is, he went from GOAT to Scottie in the course of 5 minutes.

The only people claiming he was/is the GOAT are people like sleeper. Anyone who knows anything about the NBA knows that he is even not close to that

It says that management assembled a team that enhanced the talents of Lebron James, and once Lebron left, their skill sets no longer have anything left to complement. Thus, they are in shambles.

I don't know. To me it suggests that he was surrounded by a bunch of Titos

That's actually not a bad point.

I would say that AV would start on certain teams, but that is about it. And yeah, they started with the Cavs in the playoffs, but we all know it was a bunch of scrubs that stood and watched Lebron.

AV is the perfect dirty-work sidekick player who would start on teams that have a superstar, but need glue guys. Which is the Cavs w/LeBron. If anything, without LeBron, he's probably less-suited to be a starter even though the team is vastly worse now. When you have a bad team, a "hustle, draw charges, rebound" guy with a limited offensive game isn't going to help you. It'd be like taking Chicago-era Dennis Rodman and putting his game with the Clippers.

And yeah...of the other players, I could see a couple starting...but only in two situations: 1. The team sucks or 2. The team has a couple of superstars and had to go cheap with certain other elements of the roster and so you have one starter who's basically there to not get in the way and hopefully work hard without the ball.

    Pretty much sums it up

That he's the best player in the NBA... which most people have known for 2-3 years now.

He's still the Shooter McGavin of the NBA though.
