The Heat will get it going, but could you imagine if they start out like 5-5 or 4-6....Riley would be on the bench..not a doubt in my mind.

He is up in the box just looking for Spoelstra to slip up one time, and when he does he will jump down from that box and be on the floor in a heartbeat!

Counting how many championships, etc. Like I said, just one game. But it WAS the game to lay down the law, and they laid down an egg.

    Amen! i agree 100%.

I was holding back a smile listening to Spoelstra "coach" during one of the time outs. Dude seems in over his head. I have a hard time believing all of those egos will continue to follow him into battle if they hover around .500 during the 1st 10 games.

Not feeling bad for the Heat that is for damn sure!

I love the depth of this team this year.... Can't wait till we get Big Perk back around January and then D-West after the first 10 games of the year

When has Wade or Bosh ever shown signs of an over blown ego?

I only caught the 2nd half....and it was as expected....early season NBA. I'll tune sometime around March.

overrated and over paid role player.....

Its one game but the Heat need to get alot better in the front court if they want to win a title.

Looks like Wade might have to make the biggest adjustment on this team, hes alot like Judas, they are both ball-dominant guys and need to have the ball to make an impact on the game. Wade's gonna have to take a backseast

And I don't think he wants to.

No one gives a shit about the Celtics dude

Playing together on an Olympic team/All Star team is one thing....but when you play with them every night out when it really counts, egos will start showing.

lol exactly, we are just glad they beat the heat.

Miami just looked off and they still made a decent push at the end. When things start gelling they will be entertaining to watch. I think its safe to say Miami and Boston will be meeting up for sure in the post season.

LeBron is the only ego I noticed and it really doesn't bother me. Athletes and big egos go together like the city of Cleveland and disappointment. Its no surprise....so who really gives a shit?

I'd much rather focus my attention to what happens on the court than the side show soap opera.

No one cares if they have an ego, at least I dont. But people think the egos will cause issues on this team.

The same thing was said when the Celtic's "Big 3" was assembled. People just love, love, love loveeeeee to hate.

Well, I think there is a difference. Pierce was the clear guy. Garnett and Allen were really hopping on board for a championship at that point in their careers. These 3 are in their primes and the guy the city has loved is no longer the best player. The 2 are similar, but at the same time WAY different.
