"The mother of Cavaliers Star LeBraun James has been arrested on DUI resisting and other charges. Gloria James 37 hit an unmarked police car with her 2004 Cadillac Escalade. The unmarked car was occupied by two officers that were working special duty for a low income housing complex.Cleveland Police are further investigating. The officers were not hurt

She was arrested and cussed out officers and resisted attempts to handcuff her. Police have no idea why she was at the high drug high crime complex and Le Braun has no comment until he has a chance to sit down with his family and discuss the issue."

    - all I got to say.

And this has what to do with Lebron?

That he seeks her advice and listens to it, plus was raised by that idiot. Thought I spelled that out pretty plainly in my post about it. Nice reading comprehension FAIL.

lol I didn't think it was possible, but ever time you post you make yourself look more like an idiot.

Also +1000000000000000 for BR putting Dynasty in his place, along with everyone else. I guess COA, Like_That, Clay Aiken, SQ, BRF, BR, Ernest, and Hoops are all the same person.

Come on dynasty don't interupt Cavalier fans when they are pwning Lebron on a message board. Haha. Angry mobs aren't always logical, nor are they reasonable. Let them have their fun now; because we all know they're not going to be having very much fun once the season starts.

You're defending HIM? Guess you just fell into the realm of assclown too. You're obviously not that familiar with dynasty's posting history.

Using Dynasty's logic, Jordo and him are the same person. I mean they must be right? OMG I can't believe he made two different accounts and posted over 6k times!

What exactly is my posting history? That Cavs fans have acted delusional over the last year? I said a year ago Lebron was leaving, and everyone criticized me. I said the Jamison trade was terrible, and everyone criticized me. I said they wouldn't win the championship, everyone criticized me. I said once again Lebron would leave, everyone criticized me. I said Gilbert acted like a teenage girl, everyone criticized me. I said Cavs fans were delusional about bringing in Bosh/Paul, everyone criticized me. I said Grant is a bad GM, everyone criticized me. I said the Cavs wouldn't move into the first round, everyone criticized me.

Those are all things that I've stated an opinion on that is different than the majority on here, and people don't like it. But I'm not sure where that leaves me with little credibility, or where exactly I've been wrong?

So did Art Modell. Way to be a troll and not back up any thing you have said. You come in and troll being a dumbass and never back up anything you say. Then you make statements out of your ass and everyone pwns you and proves you wrong. Then you cry like a bitch about it and puff out your chest.

The Jamison trade cost us nothing, didn't work whatever. Perhaps if bitch boy LBJ didnt quit in the playoffs it could have. Your logic on Grant being a bad gm is fucking dumb. Oh he hasn't signed a huge FA or make any "big splash", thus hes a bad gm. He hasn't even been on the job through a season yet, tad early to be crying that he sucks. Nice FAIL.

You only addressed 2 of the 9 points he brings up, both of which I agree with you about.

However, Dynasty IS right on the other 7 counts.

We, as Cavs fans on this message board and across Ohio, were so blinded with love for Lebron that we failed to read any of the signs, and if someone did (like Dynasty) we instantly de-credited him, even though it turns out he was right.

Dynasty and I disagree from time to time, but I do agree with him here...we were extremely delusional.

This is the preview from GQ, the magazine hasn't been released yet, so you can't read the whole thing yet:

I won't address my stalker, but I can respond to this.

First off, I don't see how anyone can justify the Jamison trade. Not only did it hurt Lebron's chances of returning (however slim they were), but it delays them from rebuilding. As for Chris Grant, sure it might be too early to tell, but when you have the biggest free agent in history, I don't see how you hire someone who worked under your previous GM. If Lebron was ever considering Cleveland, that certainly wasn't the move to get him to stay.

And those points that I brought up are the main reason why there are a few on here who don't like me. It's really just simple minded to dislike someone who has a different opinion and then act like they have no credibility.

I have no problem with someone disagreeing with me, or me being wrong. But I don't understand people who get on a message board and expect to only read one side of an argument. It's a message board, people are supposed to discuss subjects and give opinions. Not all are going to be the same. And for the idiots who only respond with the witty "lol" "owned" or "pwned" I don't even know why they waste their time posting because they rarely add anything of substance.

Ok let me continue the pwnage then. He said they wouldnt win the title, well evidently he's fucking Miss Cleo then because he's clairvoyant and can see into the future. The team had a legit shot at the ring and to say otherwise especially in hindsight is pretty stupid.

Gilbert acting like a tennage girl is objective. Not a fact. He has issues with those. I loved what Gilbert did and admire him noting being a PC PR robot. I love him as an owner and I back his statements. Also LMAO at the teenage girl comment coming from Dynasty who is acting like one and refuses to aknowledge me doing the "LALALALALA" not speaking to me sort of bs. Thats passive aggressive teenage girl shit if I ever saw it.

LBJ leaving was agian an opinion, with no facts behind it. He was trolling and talking out of his ass. He was doing it for attention.

The Bosh/Paul thing was dumb and he wasn't the only one saying that we had no shot at them, ESP Chris Paul. No one thought we could get him, though Bosh had more steam behind it, I'd say the forum was 60/40 split on the subject, so for him to act like he was championing the Bosh wont come to cleveland moment isn't correct. And if anyone critized him, its because he's an idiot troll who talks out of his ass.

He's crying about the draft, saying the Cavs wouldn't move into the first round. Way to GO! Def wasn't the only one, and honestly to say anything with certainty heading into the draft is dumb. Players have to fall, the deal has to be right, etc...

He also fails to mention all the times he's been pwned and proven wrong. Which is way more than 7 LMAO, let me tell you. He's an idiot and he deserves the shit he gets on here.

I know, but I won't address him directly.

And I don't even know what pwn means? It might be the gayest term on the internet. And basically every point he made was me having an opinion and not supporting it with facts. What kind of an idiot thinks one can provide facts to an opinion? I said I thought Lebron was leaving, and I'm a troll because I didn't have any facts to back up my argument. What the hell does that even mean?
  • lhslep134
    COA,

the point of my post wasn't to say you were wrong. The point of my post was to point out the delusional fans on here (MYSELF INCLUDED) who thought there was no way he was leaving that anyone who thought otherwise was stirring the pot.

Dynasty, the Jamison trade didn't stop Lebron from leaving. It's pretty apparent now (to me) that he was going to stay if the "3 egos" wasn't possible, but if it was, he was bolting. The reason I love the Jamison trade is because it cost us nothing in return, and now it gives us a 20 ppg scorer to help make up for Lebron leaving.

Probably a discussion for another day, but how can you say the Cavs gave up nothing? They gave up a first round pick, which would have been really valuable in rebuilding. And his contract alone is a burden that they are stuck with. Instead of having cap space heading into this off season, they were already maxed out and couldn't really make any moves.

I do agree with you that he's nice to have around now with Lebron's absence, but that he's only good enough to make the Cavs a borderline playoff team, which is probably the absolute worst situation for the Cavs. They need to just be awful for a couple years and get a couple high draft picks in order to rebuild. I just think Jamison delays the rebuilding process for a year. They still have a somewhat competitive team and lost out on a young player in last years draft.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but I never liked this trade for the reason above, but also because it just took time away from Hickson. Does Hickson continue to backup Jamison this year? Do they try Hickson at center?
  • SportsAndLady
The 31st pick in the draft (or whatever pick they have) means essentially nothing. If you're going to argue that the picks the Cavs got from the Heat for Lebron S&T weren't valuable, then you can't say that pick to the Wiz is.
