You guys need to remember that mtrulz is like a freshman in high school. Lets not get caught up in his humor. Although, if you do I wont complain, cause its very funny for me to read.

^^Sophomore now. All I was doing was making an accurate prediction, talking about the thread topic and everything. One person decided that it was time to stir the pot and that's what he did.

They'll finish last, though, because of the QB.

I think the division will be tight. Probably each team within 7-11 wins.

Jake Delhomme isn't much of an upgrade pal, and who are your "weapons" gonna be?

Your too young to remember Jake Delhomme leading his team to the superbowl. And Non is a Pitt fan, not a Browns.

not to mention, Nons reason for the Browns finishing last was Del Homey.

Yeah I do, he hasn't been good since.

He was pretty decent in '05 & '08. Played a whole 3 games in '07. '06 he missed 3 games and still put up decent numbers. To say he hasn't been any good since they went to the Super Bowl in 2004 is dumb.

Delhomme had a great season up until his nightmare game vs. Arizona in the playoffs. That kind of got in his head I think. He needed a fresh start. Good pick up by the Browns. He is a capable game manager and is used to not having many offensive weapons in the passing game. Browns are starting to look a great deal like the Panthers recently.

That was 2 years ago, last year he majorly sucked.

Delhomme appeared to be finished last year. I look for Seneca Wallace to log the majority of the snaps this coming season

. Browns qback situation is not good for this year. Senaca Wallace? Ouch. I also think Holmgren is wrong in stating that McCoy won't play. Why not? The o-line is one of their strengths this year. If he gives the team the best chance. play his ass. Plenty of rookie q backs have done just fine. Flacco, the guy from Atlanta both come to mind. Stafford. You didn't see the woeful Lions sit him. Hell, Kosar did OK didn't he? Sanchez was up and down...but he'll be better this year because he played last year.

    Tim Couch
    Cade Mcnown
    Akili Smith
    Joey Harrington
    David Carr
    Alex Smith
    JaMarcus Russell
    Ryan Leaf

Those are just a few reasons that pop into my head. Sure, you named a couple that have had success...but for every one that you can name with success, we can name you 10 others that have failed.
