Lebron: The Decision....Official Thread. Post All Lebron Talk here.

  • chicago510
For the first time in my life I feel bad for Cleveland.
  • IggyPride00
Windy has to be feeling totally deflated right now. He becomes totally irrelevant now as he used to be on ESPN all the time with Lebron info and was the goto guy for everything Cavs.

Now that the Cavs will be about as relevant as Memphis is he's got to be feeling the sting. No wonder he was always so wildly optimistic no matter how bad the news started looking.

I don't wish him ill will, I damn sure don't wish the Miami Heat success of Lebron success in his NBA career from this point forward he is now the enemy.

-Society- Really you think anyone gives two shits about your thoughts? I'd be surprised if you even had 2 real people in your life that give 2 shits about your thoughts.

Cleveland is no different than any other sports starved city out there, my god.

This might not be all that bad. Gloria will probably be leaving too.

I LOVE everything he is saying right now. Dead on. I have a new found respect for the guy.

Dude is the best player in the NBA. Just is an absolute narcissist. And apparently not up for a challenge.

I've been consistent. If (no longer an if) he leaves he's the most hated dude in sports for me. There's something to be said for loyalty and integrity. It would have been a lot better if he had just signed a deal like everyone else instead of pulling a Casca/Brutus and stabbing NE Ohio in the back on national television.

Asking him about people burning his jersey...

    He doesn't care

    and he really didnt care.

What a change in just a few months.

Cavs were cruising with the best record, ready to win a championship.

Then the playoff flop, LeBron leaves...

Why should he dignify some jackass like that with a response (he brushed it off more than say he didn't care)?

When someone respectfully disagrees, you respond to it. When someone flips into retard mode, you ignore it

I knew this would happen based on the "Yankee hat". So good bye to you, self-serving traitor. Glory Days: My mother told me that streets were blocked off up in Avon Lake so people could gather to watch the announcement on a big screen. I told her to watch out if he said he was leaving and you are right, people are going to go nuts! Society: I'll bet that I could get belly35 to make you and your other haters who are enjoying this so much to look like your avatar.

I think you can tell that he obviously feels bad about leaving, and he even said that. That really doesn't change anything, but it's not like he doesn't care about Cleveland/Akron/Ohio.

Why would he give 2 shits about people buring his jersey. He has images of babydolls in string bikinis bouncing around South Beach running throug his head. He's on to bigger and better things. Some people just need change to stay fresh, it was his time to move on.
As far as the assmunch who talked about burning his house down he just built...do you know how many losers in Cleveland he probably kept food on thier table while that house was being built. He owe's the city nothing, they owe himn a thank you for making them relevant over the last 7 years, period.

D-Wade will always have one more title than Lebron now.

I agree. He left MONEY ON THE TABLE....with the aim to win and create a dynasty. Props to him for having some balls.

It's the University of North Carolina, not North Carolina University you jack fuck
  • IggyPride00
He and Bosh are the first 2 athletes in the history of sports quite possibly who actually meant it when they said its not about the money.

They each walked away from $40 million guaranteed dollars just to avoid playing in Cleveland.

It's a good thing that Dan Gilbert got deposits for next years season tickets before the playoff run last season because I have to imagine there will be a mass exodus of season ticket holders now that Lebron has bounced.

Do you know how to build a house???? Come on man this is about Lebron and not the hard working citizens of Cleveland, that's a very juvenile comment to say the least.

There were better ways to do this. My friend kept thinking he was going to the Knicks (despite the rampant Heat rumors), and I kept throwing water on it saying "there's no way he'd go on national TV just to humiliate Ohio and Cleveland. He has to be announcing he's staying with the Cavs."

Well, I was wrong. Not only is his ego beyond reproach (I've never doubted, I know he loves the attention he got), but he's a quitter. A truly great player would've won titles with the Cavs (especially the last two years). Instead, he can't do it. And the only way to do it is to run off with his Olympic team pals and try to have a 'dynasty' there, of which he'll always be the second fiddle on Wade's Heat. All this time, I thought LeBron was the next MJ, turns out he was the next Scottie Pippen.

I'll never watch him play another game where he's not playing the Cavs.

Go Cavs! I hope to God we win a title in spite of him. Fuck off, LeBron.

I don't know. He played like a bum in that Game 5 when it was all on the line. Didn't look like the best player willing to sell out to get that championship.

And then gave up on that quest. Wasn't able to conquer the challenge.

I don't think that should ever be forgotten.

Secondly, if the first can't happen I hope he's happy being the dude who couldn't get it done in Cleveland.

Third, I hope he never wins a title.

Fourth, if he does win one I hope his legacy is the dude who had to run to two other superstars because he couldn't do it without them.

    What a faggot.

    You are a fucking joke.

Wildcats, do you want to give me what the starting lineup is as of right now, im sure its good for a laugh.

Bah ha ha. He's a quitter ... because he is still playing basketball ... and got a better job in his field. What other truly great player won a title without some other real talent to compliment him?
