Reds @ A's Game....#2
-
Mooney44CardsDo you think Pauly Keils jerks off to old footage of Reds baseball?
-
wildcats20Yes. Dude is redic when it comes to Reds history.
-
karen lotzDo you think Keils has the best voice for sports broadcasting in history?
-
wildcats20Is that a serious question??
-
Ironman92He certainly has the game show voice down....or weekly countdown ...as for Reds history I knew the trivia answer of 20....my wife just looked at me and shook her head
-
karen lotz
Yes. I do like listening to him call games.wildcats20;397967 wrote:Is that a serious question??
also best in history might have been a stretch, but I was being serious about liking it. -
wildcats20OK, wasn't sure with all the sarcasm you like to throw towards the Reds!! lol
And yeah, I agree. I like listening to him do games. Especially OSU football -
Ironman92watching the old footage of Dibble's unbelievable fastball is awesome
-
Ironman92LOL.....I can't believe I didn't know that was the same guy!!!!! Duh
-
karen lotzI've never heard an OSU football game on the radio mostly because I despise OSU football but I do enjoy Keils on OSU hoops
-

Talking about Paul?? lol -
Ironman92Yeah...never knew he was the OSU guy with Jim Lachey.....can't believe I never got there...he has a little quicker pace with his football announcing
-

2 different animals. Not only are you comparing radio to tv, but football to baseball. Not only is baseball a MUCH slower sport, but Keils is forced to really give you every detail of a football game.
I have to admit, I'm not in love with him doing Reds games (its like "This Day in Reds History" every time he's in the booth), but as for college football, I don't think theres anyone better. And by no means am I an OSU fan. -
wildcats20^^Definitely agree with that
-
wildcats20Stubbs has got to have more patience than that

The whole team minus Rolen needs more patience at the plate. -
Ironman92I know of the differences...just saying that may be why I never put 2 and 2 together.
Not a fan of his baseball announcing....little too professional or something -
Ironman92agree with mooney
-
wildcats20Yeah they all do, but that was just pathetic.
Bronson is just rolling right along though, which is nice to see. -
Mooney44CardsGood to see, check that, hear the Vuvuzela's made it all the way from South Africa to Oakland, CA.
-
wildcats20lol I was just about to type that mooney.
I don't know why they need them, all you have to do is yell something and the whole stadium will hear you; all 300 of the fans there. -

I agree to some extent, but I also think it defies logic to watch a hittable pitch pass you by in the name pf "working the pitcher". Especially if the pitcher has a good curve or slider. Why wait until you get behind and the pitcher has the advantage? Try and hit the hittable fastball. -
wildcats20Nice job of Corky advancing the runner, was trying to take it the other way the whole time at the plate.
1 out, runner on 3rd; YOU HAVE TO SCORE HIM -
wildcats20Terrible.
-
Mooney44CardsOrlando Cabrera is completely worthless right now. Throwing error on a routine double play, in an unbelievable slump, and is 0 for 5 tonight.
FUCK YOU DUSTY BAKER.
Seriously anything he is contributing by his "leadership" is being negated by his terrible play right now. If he is hurt he either needs to sit for a few games or go on the DL, he is not getting any better by going out there and fucking this team every time a ball comes his way or he comes to the plate.
