  IMO, in the regular season yes it's a foul. But not in the playoffs. I've seen a lot worse not call, but then again there have been a lot weaker calls made so.

  I was just thinking the same thing. He's feelin' it, game is closer than it should be--leave him in and try to put it away early in the 4th rather than trying to win it in the end.
