  FWIW...Mike & Mike (ESPN) mentioned that Crosby was the 3rd youngest in NHL history to amass 500 points....number 2 was Lemieux and number 1, of course, Gretzky. Pretty damn good company.

  Edit.......Crosby hasn't reached 50 goals yet, the second goal he scored has now been credited to Billy Guerin.

  Doesn't matter what anyone says, kid is a hell of a player. To be mentioned in the same breath as Lemieux and Gretzky is enough to squash anyone who tries to "discredit" any accomplishment.

  Well, really, who cares what he has to say? He's a fan of an inferior team who resorts to such "witty" commentary such as calling Sidney "Cindy" and makes comments like "Being objective instead of a mindless homer is probably sad and pathetic in your eyes." to make the laughable insinuation that he's actually posting on Penguins threads to be some sort of objective voice of reason.
  
  That would be the equal of one of us Pirates fans going to a board with a lot of Philadelphia Phillies fans, regularly trashing that team and mentioning how "overrated" Chase "Buttley" is and then calling all the Philly fans "homers" when they get pissed. Essentially the message board version of a hamster taunting a cobra.

  Scoring 50 goals has nothing to do with being a great 2 way player Rock. Like I said a week ago, when Crosby wins a Selke Trophy or even gets mentioned as one of the best 2 way players in the league, I will give it to him. But right now, he is not a great 2 way player.

  It just hit me off guard in a "Beavis & Butthead/sophomoric" type way. Very funny. SanTURDio was recycled from someone else. Can't take credit for that one but I have a plethora of Romeo Crennel nicknames.

  Cindy is an elite player, obviously. He's not the GodMan that Bettman and Pittsburgh want you to believe though. He is in fact way over-hyped. Just like the impression they try to give about him when comparing him to Gretzky and Mario, Haha. Get real.
  
  
  There are better players in the game but Bettman has chosen to hitch his wagon to Cindy's star and shove him down the throat of NHL fans. Then ESPN personalities who can't name an NHLer outside of Ovechkin and Cindy compare him to Gretzky.
  
  Me and vast numbers of other NHL fans see Cindy for what he is. Not the second coming, just a great player amongst other greats.
