Just have to watch the dosage and if it has iron it needs to be ferrous.

Evidence for benefits of multiviatmins are nonexistent.

"Everyone needs vitamins, which are essential nutrients that the body can’t produce on its own. Inadequate vitamin C leads to scurvy, for instance, and a lack of vitamin D can cause rickets.
But a balanced diet typically provides an adequate level of these nutrients, and today many popular foods are fortified with extra vitamins and minerals. As a result, diseases caused by nutrient deficiency are rare in the United States."

What COA said. Although studies have shown there are still benefits to fish oil and possibly vitamin D. I also take turmeric, which helps with recovery. It’s like taking a natural ibuprofen.

Pro tip, if you ever feel like you are getting sick take Andrographis. Natural herb supplement proven to help with colds.

So, you're probably not gaining much from your vitamin pills? Got it.

covering the bases like I said......when you are running 50 miles a week and lifting 2-3 times a week.......extra potassium and B vitamins is worth it. Extra zinc and Vit C for the immune system is preventative.

I work out just as much or probably even harder than you do. You're wasting your time if you have a proper diet.

Have you ever experimented to see what it would be like without them? If you try it for a month or two I don’t think you will die.

Lol - I️ challenge you to find an iron supplement that isn’t “ferrous”. That literally means “containing iron” in Latin. The salt form is what changes.

    Oh my..

Multi-vitamins really aren't worth shit? Damn, here I am paying for a placebo effect like a common CC. I feel shame.
