GoT Season 6 discussion

I was being a dick (to ETB), I legitimately haven't put much thought into it.Automatik;1795500 wrote:I'm assuming he thought.....these fuckers just murdered me. I'M OUT.
GoT wouldn't be GoT if the Starks weren't running around searching for each other and then just missing each other. -

That about has to be what happens. Whether it's the book or TV show, it just feels like those two have to have a showdown, with them both being bastards raised by prominent North houses who found different roads to being in positions of power, especially considering that Ramsey's road to power began with his father betraying the Starks.SportsAndLady;1795504 wrote:I think they'll have him go to Winterfell and face off against Ramsey. Maybe not this season but soon. -

What a historic bait-and-switch if Ramsey killed Jon Snow....imagine bringing Jon Snow back from the dead just so they can kill him again at the hands of the most hated character in the show. I almost hope they do it.Heretic;1795508 wrote:That about has to be what happens. Raw Dawgin' itSo when does Jon Snow get a Dragon? Where are the dragons? Didn't Tyrion release them? If this show isn't going to show tits anymore it should at least have more dragons. We need more white walkers too, how can we have that amazing scene where they attack the wildlings and raise the dead and then not see them for half the season?
Seriously though, this show has way too many story lines. I've stopped caring about Cersi and everything going on in Kings Landing, I really hope they don't focus on Dorne, and I could do without knowing what happens to Sam. -

Yeah, Sam. The fat fuck on a boat right now going to train to be a Maester.bigkahuna;1795569 wrote:Sam? -

Oh yeah. I saw Sam and went into Trailer Park Boys mode and could only think of Sam Lasco the caveman; it'd fit the showLaley23;1795576 wrote:Yeah, Sam. The fat fuck on a boat right now going to train to be a Maester. -

There was some side-boob last week courtesy of Khaleesi. Unfortunately she refuses to go full frontal now. #GheyRaw Dawgin' it;1795555 wrote:So when does Jon Snow get a Dragon? Where are the dragons? Have you tried to read the book? The show is cake to follow compared to the story/time lines in the books.
I do want more white walkers though, I think it's coming very soon. All hell will break lose when it does. -
Raw Dawgin' it
Because I'm already this invested - I watch, get to the brink of stopping, then there is an awesome episode and I'm back in it. I think it's a good show, it's not even close for me in best of all time, but I like certain story lines. I just think there are way to fucking many plots for 12 episodes a season.Automatik;1795559 wrote:lol

AutomatikI'm the opposite. I love the various, complex storylines.

Right, having tons of story lines isn't necessarily the problem for me, not having enough time to fully develop them is my problem. I like the show, I like more characters more than others (duh), and I get frustrated when there are big gaps. I just think the show should either have longer episodes or have more episodes is what it boils down too.Automatik;1795602 wrote:I'm the opposite. I love the various, complex storylines.
This season I like more than others, since they're not bound by the books it seems to be moving faster than a snail. -
AutomatikEach episode costs an average of 6 mil to make.

As slow as this show moves, they clearly don't give a fuck about that.Automatik;1795608 wrote:Each episode costs an average of 6 mil to make. -
AutomatikPoint is, it's not gonna be longer, episodes or season.
Everyone is sucked in. They know wtf they are doing. -

I assume that you do not watch The Walking Dead. I have no problem with GoT's pace, especially after watching that snail's pace show.Raw Dawgin' it;1795611 wrote:As slow as this show moves, they clearly don't give a fuck about that. -

SnotBubblesStory lines are starting to tie together more and more. Almost like the show is slowly winding down.
Khaleesi is smoking hot (pun intended). I thought she refused to get naked on the show? She has dragons, is gaining more and more support of the people and now can control fire? How can she be defeated???
I see some white walkers in the preview for next week's show. Unfortunately it looks as if it's just one of Bran's "visions."
Season 6 has been excellent so far. I'm thinking with a lot of Bran and Arya next week, it could be a disappointing episode though. -

I think she'll eventually run into her family and drop the whole "I'm no one" act.SnotBubbles;1796013 wrote:Story lines are starting to tie together more and more. Almost like the show is slowly winding down.

I'll bet her head was super-imposed onto someone else's body. Also, she was controlling that fire? I just assumed there was something on the ground that ignited.SnotBubbles;1796013 wrote:Story lines are starting to tie together more and more. Almost like the show is slowly winding down.

Really pumped for a Jon Snow/Ramsay showdown. -
AutomatikThat was her, no body double used.
-
Laley23She came out and said it was her, and she was proud of it.
Cersei last year on the walk of shame was a body double. -
