Starting today, HighRoller74 will be taking over the day-to-day operation of the site. -
IggyPride00May he bring a sense of fairness and objectivity that has long been missing from the site.

To start, there won't be many. I want this place to be as relaxed as possible, as I know most come here just to pass the time, and catch some local sports news. But at the same time, the thread shitting, and personal attacks has driven away quite a few posters. So I imagine that'll be something after a bit of an "adjustment period" some new things will be implemented.FatHobbit;1761969 wrote:I'm curious to see what changes, if any, he implements. I'd like to hear the Admins new mission statement. -
supermanMeet the new boss, same as the old boss.

1_beastpretty good thread.

sleeperAs long as I am allowed to keep my accounts, I am okay with this change.
Welcome HighRoller74. You will quickly learn that your leadership is in name only and that the people run this site. One of the benefits/positive of Justin was his hands off approach and general apathy which kept the majority of the user base comfortable and happy. I look forward to seeing how your style continues this tradition. Good luck! -
Lovejoy1984I want to try and stay as hands off as possible, and participate mainly in discussions and not be some heavy handed dictator. I don't foresee many new rules, but sure there will be some in time.
Maybe be a one time $12 fee? -

Can we get back to locking threads with abbreviations and caps lock in the title? God the madness around here without that.HighRoller74;1762432 wrote:I want to try and stay as hands off as possible, and participate mainly in discussions and not be some heavy handed dictator. It was a group of people who mainly lurked the ST/I and Pro/College sports boards who got pissed about the fee, and Justin decided to start our own board.
