His a pretty big piece to the puzzle in the chomic books

I guess Abraham gets to find out who Neegan is.

    Guess not.

The group was pretty bad ass last night

I wonder if we ever get to the point where the show passes the comic in the time line.

I think as long as the comics continue to be made; no

It's not like Game of Thrones, where you're waiting on a fat, lazy, grumpy f'ing writer.

This has been the best season since the first, although the story is basically repeating itself at this point. Difference is the writing and character development has been better, and Jesus is the most interesting guy on the show aside from Daryl.

Kind of feels like the Governor all over again, but that whole story just wasn't well-executed.

    Somewhat of a spoiler alert...

Foreshadowing in the scene with Glenn looking at those pictures on the wall? Those faces looked like they've been "Lucilled"

I hope the hype for Negan is legit.

Care to explain what that means, or will it give something away

    Kahuna

You really really don't want to know.
  • bigkahuna
I'll take your word for it then

I wouldn't mind seeing Carol get whacked.

Maggie is pregnant, and whacking a pregnant woman is just something you don't do in tv. A lot of criticism when they just left open the possibility of the baby getting eaten (despite in the zombie apocalypse many babies and small children CLEARLY were eaten).

I was thinking the same thing.

...Rick's group should offer up a sacrificial lambs for slaughter to get Maggie & Carol back...........Eugene & Morgan

    Morgan is annoying.

I actually don't mind Eugene. He adds some comic relief to the show at times. Like eating and getting the door slammed in his face.

What puzzle? All this show is keeping the zombies out and fighting the occasional bad tribe. It's not going anywhere. There's nothing to figure out.

I guess the overall world looking to the future. He's the one person that links all the groups together

Curious. What show has held your interest throughout its series?

Many. Although I actually have lost interest in more than a few that kind of dragged on and became repetitive.

My point was just that we're in, what, Season 6 or 7 and it doesn't seem to be matriculating to any sort of conclusion.

Ahhh. About time the show moves into a next phase like that.

I think most shows go on longer than they should and the writing and acting suffers because of this. As long as they can milk the show for money, they will.

IMO, some shows that were interesting all the way thru were (no order): Breaking Bad, The Wire, Seinfeld, The Shield (some may not agree with me on this one). Some that I really enjoyed until they dragged too long, IMO: LOST, Sons of Anarchy, Justified (even though the show was only 6 seasons, the last few were boring).

Walking Dead has been up and down for me. This season is pretty good though.
