birddog23BR, you taking any supplements besides Whey and Casein? On workout days i take 10g BCAA pre-workout and then Whey Protein and Creatine post-workout. Then with my post workout meal I'll take my Fish Oil pill. Then usually a couple hours before bed I get my Casein ingested.

Untrue, you'll just stop seeing the recovery benefits. You won't lose strength you gained if you stop taking creatine. I use Scivation Xtend (BCAA's) upon waking and a couple times before I break my fast at noon. About 30g's. I'm still in good shape and workout when I can, but holy shit... I've never experienced a workout like that. I really forced myself to keep going and felt like vomiting all over the dog at least twice. -
