What is you're view of radical Islam?

  At first I thought Trump was crazy as bat shit...but I'm starting to believe the guy would actually try to kick out Mexicans and Muslims if he was elected. No other candidate has had the balls to even hint about trying to do that, so I say c'mon let's give Big Hair Don a chance and see if he can do something like that.

  The difference is that millions of Christians or Jews don't believe their religion is encouraging them to kill people of other faiths. If you research the support terrorist groups have in the general population of Muslim countries, you will see it is the millions. This tells me that "radical" is a misleading word. Islam can clearly be interpreted to be a violent philosophy by average adherents. It's not a new problem either. It's been around for more than an millinea. It is doubtful to me that it can be erradicated in our lifetimes.

  Many people who aren't muslim kill innocent people all the time. Innocent Muslims were in the world trade center when it was attacked. Muslims are currently in the armed services defending our country. I don't think it's fair to lump them all together.

  Many people kill innocent people, but Muslims kill innocent people because they are not Muslims, they rape and enslave women because they are not Muslims. Now gosh a ruddies that is a difference.

  Even if you aren't one of them (and I still suspect you are, even if you won't admit it) there are many Christians who feel like we should throw all the Muslims out of this country and kill the Muslims over there.

  I do think there are many Muslims who do not appreciate our influence in their countries and our propping up corrupt dictators. I'm not convinced they want to kill everyone who is not Muslim. I suspect neither of us have ever talked to someone I would label a radical muslim and even if we had, their opinion could not represent everyone. But I have talked to Muslims here and they do not agree with anything the radicals are calling for.

  I agree with this but the reality is which ones represent good or evil? This is a fact that all Americans have to face no matter of race or religion, we'll never know what that stranger walking down the street represents.

  I agree that they can't all be lumped together. I know there are plenty of peaceful Muslims in the world. My point is that there are millions who support killing infidels in the name of Islam. I believe the word "radical" suggests they are a small sliver of the whole when in fact they are far greater than that. But certainly not all Muslims believe this way.

  I don't support anything like this. I say if Muslims want to come into this country and live peacefully, the more the merrier. I am not some genocidal maniac that wants to kill people in Muslim countries for no reason either. I am simply concerned that the problem of Muslims who DO want to kill infidels is great, has long preceded the United States (i.e. is not a simple reaction to American foreign policy), and is more significant that the word "radical" suggests.
