  I say in answer to the original question, we just send Steuby to the Middle East. If he's as big a badass as he acts like he is when he goes on his random, insane rants, he'll go John Muthafuckin' Rambo on everyone over there and we'll never have any issues with that part of the world, at least in our lifespans. And if not...they'll have done the dirty work we, as a people, aren't willing to do in order to make our country a bit more intelligent.

  I disagree with the term "radical Islam". I equate it to the use of "Nazi Germany". Perhaps the violent terrorists are smaller in number (like the Nazi party members), however those who believe in and support what they do are widespread. WWII atrocities were committed by the Germans. Hate and violence is taught and promoted in mainstream Islam.

  From what I understand, many Germans were viewed as the same as Nazis because "they didn't do anything." I cannot vouch for this, just what I've learned, been told, and such from the history books. It goes along the lines of "if you are not part of the solution, you are the problem." Since non-Nazi Germans didn't necessarily stop Nazis, some may relate that to non-violent Muslims not stopping (or denouncing) violent Nazis.
  
  I don't agree with this. But, I can understand the philosophy. I don't point fingers at non-Nazi Germany for any of the Holocaust. Do I think that non-violent Muslims COULD do more? Possibly. But, what exactly can one do with radicals (anything)? We all know the radical Christians too (Westboro), there's been a lot to denounce them or trying to stop them...nothing even slows it down it seems. To look a different route than organized religion, what about radical pro/con global warming persons? Some go above and beyond with trying to "save the planet" with their global warming ways (like carbon buy-back avenues) while others seemingly refuse to even give it an inkling of truth (continuing to litter, even if it is a cigarette butt).
  
  Either way it's looked at, to me, there's a lot in this world that sucks. But...there's also a lot that "isn't new." Yes, there's violence. Always has been. Yes, there is perversion. Always has been. Yes, there are government issues...again, always has been. I don't imagine things will ever really change. Doesn't mean me, as a lowly individual, cannot treat people differently and care for others, regardless of the crap going on around us.

  I will repeat myself once again: I don't hate Muslims. I hate the religion of Islam. It teaches violence toward people who don't believe a certain way. I take issue with the term "radical Islam" because I believe many of these "radical" beliefs are actually quite mainstream in Islam. Calling it "radical Islam" is an easy way to avoid the uncomfortable truth that there are millions of people who support terrorism only because they are following the tenants of Islam. The same thing is done with the term "Nazi Germany" as though some fringe was at work only.

I wouldn't call myself a scholar of the Koran but I do know enough about it to understand Islam is 100% dedicated to establishing itself as "the one true moral faith" on earth. Which is very hypocritical in it's own right, because it also advocates "acceptable & necessary violence" occasionally to achieve its end goal which quite simply is the eradification of all other faith based doctrines. Yep NOT moral by any judgement in the slightest. But I will take it one step further than you do Dr. Winston...I personally do hate Muslims because without them Islam ceases to exist.
