  Beatings would be near zero if people stop resisting arrest. Cop hails you; you comply. Feel mistreated? Feel innocent? Feel that you "didn't do nothing"? Comply and act after the fact. Imagine if liberals spend more time teaching people how to properly interact with police and report poor treatment rather than stirring the pot and race baiting.

  All comes down to personal respect for people in authority. Police. Parents. Teachers. Etc.
  
  Too many parents dont demand and teach their kids respect, and what is much worse will encourage and bad mouth other authority figures such as the police. Parents dont show respect, and neither will the kids.

  I think the point though is, even 62000 of them would only equal 1%. So police work is being done correctly and very very very high majority of the time.

  With the destruction of the Black family unit by Liberal social programs to justify their presences, the enslaving the poor, uneducated and lazy individuals with social welfare entitlement give away ideology (get it while the getting good screw the idea of earning anything). Your reward for not earning anything is a life time of family poverty, breaking of family unity and strife.
