What originally brought you to the OC?

  Or the old sure. Curious what brought everyone here and when that was.
  
  For me, it was in high school 2006 to talk shit on the boys soccer forums while I played for Fenwick.

  I joined JJ after reading for a year or 2. Mainly to talk high school basketball(while I was in HS).
  
  Ventured into the college bball forum and finally the Sports Trivia/Info forum, or whatever it was called.
  
  I like to say I was one of the trail blazers for this site. I never partook in the posting of crap over there, but I was banned just for being associated with Justin and this site.

  ^^^yeah... Started on JJ when my older kids cruised the ball fields... Came over in the "Great Migration"... LOL. I was tired of all the shit over there and having to be so careful of the rules... I sure as hell wasn't going to pay for it.

  Came to the free huddle instead of dropping $12.

  I was a member of JJ since 2001ish just to shoot the shit and talk HS sports, mostly wrestling.
  
  JJ went to shit, then charged $12. I paid the feel but most of the posters left and the forum was a ghost town. I don't quite remember how I heard of this site, but here I am.

  I got big into the Sports and Trivia and had about 26,000 posts.
  
  Took me about a week and a half to find this place after everyone left lol.
  
  The $12 never bothered me....everyone leaving did.

  Joined in 2004 as me. Took over for a former high school friend who graduated (who I think joined in 2001). Which explains why I have no idea what the fuck my username means lol.

  Thought about leaving JJ when they initially went free and had all those users join and clustered up the place. Then did leave when they realized the mistake and tried to charge $12 a year. Would've likely been on both had they grandfathered the originall posters in and not made us pay, but alas...

  JJHuddle still kept a forum or two available for free didn't they? But the high school stuff required payment. I didn't GAF about the money; more sick of JJ (or whatever his name was) and AAF being crotchety old turds.

  Rejoined to keep up with high school soccer in Ohio. Came over here like everyone else did. I no longer participate in high school sports chatting on this forum or the other one. I keep up with a couple others for that.

  Same team but, wanted to see if they were getting attention as one of the top teams during the season. Did not get booted. Posted on the S/T forum and the CBB forum. Became apart of the late night huddle chat crew. I think I got the same PM that Laley recieved and made my way over here.
