ernest_t_bassThis year seemed to be the summer/year of concerts for me and my wife. What concerts have you been to in your life, or in the past year?

Bush/Moby at BGSU
Dane Cook/Dave Chapelle at BGSU
Little Big Town/Keith Urban
Country Concert
Jason Aldean b/f he was big (at a bar venue)
Alison Kraus

This year:
Foreigner
Garth Brooks
Dwight Yoakam/Eric Church
Counting Crows (awesome) - A band called Twin Forks opened for them, and they are great.
And my wife saw this "Hick Hop" indie band (see Colt Ford) called The Lacs from GA.
I've never been a "concert" person, but after this year, that may soon change. -

Fab4RunnerI have been to Rock on the Range eight times. I have also gone out to Arizona for a similar one called Desert Uprising, and I went to Louisville in October for Louder than Life. Those together include dozens and dozens of bands.
I have also seen Metallica, Linkin Park, Aerosmith, KISS, Poison, OAR, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Rascal Flatts, The Beach Boys, NSYNC and Billy Joel and Elton John together.
If I had to choose a fave, it would probably be Metallica at Summer Sanitarium, followed closely by Billy and Elton Face to Face.
I still love RotR, though. It's my favorite weekend of the year, every year. -
OSHI've seen:
Eric Church
George Jones
George Strait
Jason Aldean
Little Big Town
Shooter Jennings
Blake Shelton
James Otto
Jamey Johnson
Justin Moore
Gary Allan

I've also seen about every major Christian artist at some point or another, mainly from 2000-2008. -

Best? Probably a tie between Tool, 10,000 Days tour in Cbus. Or AC/DC at The Q. Both were fucking awesome.
I can't even remember the last time I've seen an actual band. For the past few years, only DJs. Checking out Maceo Plex tomorrow. -
ernest_t_bassAlso saw Bad Fish, a Sublime cover band, at House of Blues in Chicago. They were pretty fucking sweet.

Lol no if you're older than late 20's I wouldn't expect you to know who they are. The EDM scene is pretty new and is definitely a younger crowd.thavoice;1685226 wrote:Did you just make those names up? -
