This situation reminds me of something my friend went to one time..Some girl he was talking to took him out for dinner once for his birthday. She left left 3 different times during dinner to "excuse herself to the bathroom" when in reality she was going into a dark corner in the restaurant and having a panic attack for whatever reason. She also made him pay for his birthday dinner. What a way to spend your birthday.

Prior to this, she made him bang her with her underwear on. Refused to take them off and made him pull it to the side. If that isn't a dead give away for crazy, I don't know what is.

Best get rid of a roomate story of all time is back in the day 3 of us rushed the offender in his sleep, held him down and put a Master Combo lock around his scrotum. Told him he would get the combination when all his shit was packed and on the truck. He tried to call our bluff and walked around for almost two days with that lock on his sac, even looked into having another one of our buddies saw it off with a hack saw but backed off that idea pretty quickly. He finally packed up and left and we gave him the combination (after we told every chick we all knew) 35 yrs later he's still called Lockman by some guys.
