You voting this Tuesday?

  • Ironman92
I don't always but will because of a pretty big school board race.
  • mcburg93
    I will be voting.
  • Tiernan
I usually have my Butler vote for me.
  • Heretic
Probably. Not much going on the local ballots of any interest, but the local MR/DD has a renewal up and I know people who'd be helped out if that place got reasonably adequate funds (autistic kids and such), so I'd like to vote for that, so when it inevitably fails, I can at least say I did my part.
  • bases_loaded
    I'll be voting for myself....unopposed.
  • OSH
My vote will be the same as it has been every time there's a chance to vote.
  • redstreak one
Yes, there are 6 people running for 3 spots on the school board. I like to say the only qualifications to run for school board are 18 years old, breathing and a non felon! lol
  • ts1227
Have never missed an election, so I'll be there
  • sportchampps
I won't be, I'm moving in feb so the results won't effect me much and there's not much on the ballot
  • cat_lover
Yes I am. I have voted every year since becoming eligible to vote in 1979.
  • vball10set
    Yes, always do.
  • GoPens
    Likewise, never missed an election
  • I Wear Pants
Definitely will, need to get those stickers.

I don't think we've had stickers the past couple elections
  • Rotinaj
    No.

They want us to do our part, but they're not doing their part?

    THOSE BASTARDS!!!
  • Firad
No. I've lived in a new city (Heath, OH) since March and have no attachment yet at all. Also I hate politics.
  • thavoice
Probably will vote a few times.
  • Classyposter58
Yes I think I have a school levy to shoot down

LOL, WTF are you doing in Heath? I grew up in the area and Newark/Heath was the "big city" near us.

I'll vote. We have mayoral and council elections.

If it weren't a renewal, I prolly would too. However, TPS is making strides, so I'm going to give the new superintendent the benefit of the doubt and vote yes.

    Classy...is obviously a misnomer.

Why would you vote it down either way? School and parks levies are things I'll very, very rarely vote no on.

The only time I thought about it was when after a previous levy failed, the district "found" and additional 1.3 million dollars that was misappropriated. I keep a close eye on this, as I too feel the success of public schools are what drives our property values. However, if transparency becomes an issue, then "prolly" voting for it creeps into my thought process.
