You voting this Tuesday?
-
Ironman92I don't always but will because of a pretty big school board race.
-
mcburg93I will be voting.
-
TiernanI usually have my Butler vote for me.
-
HereticProbably. Not much going on the local ballots of any interest, but the local MR/DD has a renewal up and I know people who'd be helped out if that place got reasonably adequate funds (autistic kids and such), so I'd like to vote for that, so when it inevitably fails, I can at least say I did my part.
-
bases_loadedI'll be voting for myself....unopposed.
-
OSHMy vote will be the same as it has been every time there's a chance to vote.
-
redstreak oneYes, there are 6 people running for 3 spots on the school board. I like to say the only qualifications to run for school board are 18 years old, breathing and a non felon! lol
-
ts1227Have never missed an election, so I'll be there
-
sportchamppsI won't be, I'm moving in feb so the results won't effect me much and there's not much on the ballot
-
cat_loverYes I am. I have voted every year since becoming eligible to vote in 1979.
-
vball10setYes, always do.
-
GoPensLikewise, never missed an election
-

THOSE BASTARDS!!! -
FiradNo. I've lived in a new city (Heath, OH) since March and have no attachment yet at all. Also I hate politics.
-
thavoiceProbably will vote a few times.
-
Classyposter58Yes I think I have a school levy to shoot down
-
justincredible
LOL, WTF are you doing in Heath? I grew up in the area and Newark/Heath was the "big city" near us.Firad;1528896 wrote:No. I've lived in a new city (Heath, OH) since March and have no attachment yet at all. Also I hate politics.
I'll vote. We have mayoral and council elections. -

If it weren't a renewal, I prolly would too. However, TPS is making strides, so I'm going to give the new superintendent the benefit of the doubt and vote yes.Classyposter58;1529090 wrote:Yes I think I have a school levy to shoot down -

Classy...is obviously a misnomer.Classyposter58;1529090 wrote:Yes I think I have a school levy to shoot down -

Why would you vote it down either way? School and parks levies are things I'll very, very rarely vote no on.vball10set;1529093 wrote:If it weren't a renewal, I prolly would too. However, TPS is making strides, so I'm going to give the new superintendent the benefit of the doubt and vote yes. -

The only time I thought about it was when after a previous levy failed, the district "found" and additional 1.3 million dollars that was misappropriated. I keep a close eye on this, as I too feel the success of public schools are what drives our property values. However, if transparency becomes an issue, then "prolly" voting for it creeps into my thought process.I Wear Pants;1529150 wrote:Why would you vote it down either way?
