Saw a guy blow his head off yesterday

...about 15 years ago I was with a buddy and we pulled into a McDonalds near Niles OH to get a coffee and I saw a bunch of people standing around near a strip plaza. I told my friend to get me a coffee and that I was going to check out what was going on. As I got closer, the crowd moved and here was this dude laying on the ground in a pool of blood with the top of his head blown off. Apparently he and his ex wife were still having issues and he went to where she worked, knocked on the window and when he got her attention pulled out a gun and whacked himself.SnotBubbles;1432532 wrote:While eating lunch at a state park. He pulled in and thought the parking lot was a good place. It was pretty gross.
Anyone else have to witness something like that or at least the aftermath? It's completely surreal...
It was something I will never forget & never want to witness again! -

brutus161I was the only civilian witness to cops shooting a guy who was high on pcp, and stabbed his wife about 50 times.

Ummm...yes. I said something like, "Jesus Christ man, if you just want to throw your money away, we should totally go get some hookers."reclegend22;1432576 wrote:If it was, then you were very likely the last person on this earth he ever talked to. Do you remember what you said to him? -

krambmanI thankfully have never witnessed anything like that, but my dad did. When I was about 4 years old a couple from our church came over to our house one evening (my dad is a pastor) because an older gentleman in the church that they helped care for wasn't in his house, his barn door was open, and he had left a suicide note. They hadn't gone into the barn yet. I was in bed, but still awake so I heard the conversation. My dad had to go with them and go into the barn to find the guy. He had hung himself because he said he didn't want to be a burden to anyone anymore. My dad said he'll never forget that image.
