I think Jax blames Tig more for Opie than Pope, but who knows how things will turn out. I thought Tara saying to Gemma "No, but my husband might" when Gemma jokingly said said "You gonna kill me?" was some great foreshadowing and I'm really curious how that plays out. Tara knows Gemma was part of killing JT, maybe she drops some knowledge on Jax later in the season.
Clay is to blame for the entire thing. I really, really can't wait until he dies.

GoChiefs;1280804 wrote:Exactly. Nobody saw that one coming. IMO, one of the best twists I've ever saw on a television show.
My thoughts exactly. The finale made the season. I actually clapped/cheered when it dawned on me as the bus pulled up to the cop car. It goes back to what I said earlier how it's almost unbelievable how they pull shit out of their ass all the time.
GoChiefs;1280809 wrote:I think it's pretty obvious Clay probably ratted Nero out to police to get back at him for being with Gemma.
That's what I thought, but something just tells me no.

I didn't really like parts of season 4 - so far season 2 is my favorite.
Reminds me of the entire 1st part of season 2 of the Walking Dead with the trying to find the girl. It still worked out though.

I hope Tig doesn't get killed off this season. He's actually one of my favorite characters-the Donna thing.
  • GoChiefs
I doubt they will kill Tig. Jax can use him since he's in his back pocket now.

just watched it last night...i dont want to watch anymore until they get revenge uuuuuuggggh i awas actually mad like 2 hours after the show
  • Raw Dawgin' it
It reminds me of when they killed Lem in The Shield, only other time i was actually bummed they got rid of a character.

I do like that the show (Sutter) isn't afraid to take out people for the sake of the show and story lines. Keeps things interesting - now imagine if he didn't give a heads up that someone was going to die.

Does anyone on here know the story of Hamlet? I read a little on it after someone told me, but i never knew SoA mimics Hamlet. I guess if anyone knows the story well they might be able to figure out what's coming.

I know there has been similarities to Hamlet, and it's pretty much followed that so far, but I'm gonna be pissed if Jax ends up dying by the end of the series. Lol

Maybe he goes out like his old man. Full circle.

I think this is what happens. The series will definitely end with Jax dying, IMO.

How crazy would it be if Tara took him out?

Whoa. Half-sack is dead in real life, and it's looking like he murdered an old lady before falling to his death.

I kinda got the feeling that Jax was gonna die sometime when the season 5 promo came out. This one...

It just seems like that promo has absolutely nothing to do with what's going on and is giving us a glimpse into the future maybe.

Damn it, I wish I wouldn't have watched that.

Unless it's symbolism for Gema getting back with Clay and helping him get back to the seat.

Sutter has said that 3 characters die this season............who will be the other 2? I say Juice and Unser.......maybe Tara

As far as the Hamlet reference goes/ Opie = Ophelia ?

I wish he would've hint at anything - would've been so much more shocking to not know someone was going to die this past episode.

Wouldn't Opie be Horatio, i.e. Hamlet's best friend? Of course, Horatio lives through the entire play, so...

Real crazy. Still love him in the show, though.

His reasoning was because he thought it would infuriate a lot of people, so he wanted them to kinda be able to 'brace themselves' before the show started at all possible outcomes because he was afraid of losing viewers.

Also, it was a good warning for people to stay off social media in order to not have it spoiled.

doesnt Ophelia/Opie lose everyone that is important to them and commits suicide? Just guesing

That could be the case. I'm not too familiar with Hamlet.
  • bigkahuna
And, Opie essentially committed suicide by heading the guard.

He knew what was going to happen and volunteered himself.

    So, he's probably Ophelia.

I've read some interesting stuff saying it's hamlet but with reverse sexs. Making Tara the real hamlet.

I don't see the connection there; jmo.
