  Gay is a person and homosexuality is the act of sex with the same sex. Not all gay people practice homosexual acts. The Bible does not talk negatively about gay people.

  Faith is irrational. I have shown in this thread why faith is a joke and that anyone who uses faith is using a cop out to justify an erroneous belief.
  
  I do agree belief is primarily for comfort. It makes things easier when an all powerful god is in control when life sucks and that if you follow these arbitrary rules, once your shitty life is over, you will go to heaven and bang 40 virgins a day.

  I think the point you and Skyhook are getting at is that it isn't the "gayness" per se, but actually completing the sexual acts that creates the problem? For example, you could be "gay" and God is fine with it, until you start banging dudes. Is that accurate and is that the point?
