It's just like, my opinion bro.

I could be wrong and I could like TDKR better, but judging by the trailers (all I have to go on) I think Spider-Man looks like the more entertaining film. Of course, I've always been more partial to Spider-Man than Batman.

TDK was probably the best Super Hero movie there is, but again, Joker (Heath Ledger) REALLY carried that movie. There is no Joker this time around.

Dude hoops I normally agree with you on just about everything but @#$@ you.

TDKR looks like it could be the best super hero movie of all time

I think you're getting your hopes up. The 3rd in trilogies is never as good.

I actually can't stand the Spiderman movies...at all.

As for the Dark Knight series, I am in the minority that thought Batman Begins is the best so far.

Return of the King? Better than the first, at least.

The Artist is finally playing within a 30 mile radius of me. Should I check it out?

Rent it, Hugo was a far better self-glorifying Hollywood piece.
  • I Wear Pants
I wasn't that fond of The Artist. It was nicely done but I didn't think it was all that special.
  • Commander of Awesome
I enjoyed the artist. I'd tell you to def go see it, better than 85% of whats out in theaters today. Its a different experience for sure, and has John Goodman.

I really hope MB doesn't talk like that in real life lol

"Hey guys, wanna go check out the artist?"

"I'll rent it. Huge was way too much of a self-glorifying hollywood piece"

I'd be like "where the fuck did Huge come in the picture?!"

I just found out Tom Cruise will potentially be reprising his role as Maverick in Top Gun 2. Was anyone aware that a sequel was being made. Also smh at a fucking sequel.

It's actually a common gripe about Hollywood movies ABOUT Hollywood or the film industry, they tend to do very poorly - see the box office disaster that was American Sweethearts a few years back, people don't want to see a movie that pats its own industry on the back.

Talk about a fail. I'm in the minority here and I fully expect to be flamed for this, but Top Gun is a shitty movie. There is no need for a sequel, esp now other than to whore dumbasses out for money, (see MIB3, Dirty Dancing 2 [lol] Son of the Mask, Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull, TMNT III)

    Right but who thinks that??

Who goes that deep into movies? They're entertainment, you either like them or you don't.

I'm with you on that...Top Gun just isn't that good to me.

What about The Player and Get Shorty? Where's your excuse for that? You can't argue with an exception.

All 3 are "Self glorifying" (lolfail talk about trying to sound smart) and well received by critics. The Artist won a ton of Oscars, I'd say its safe to say its a good movie.
