wildcats20So a long time friend of mine's name is Jeremy Pruitt. It recently came out that Alabama DC Jeremy Pruitt is a candidate for the Miss State job. Damn southerners don't realize that a 30 year old black guy is not the same guy as a 43 year old white football coach. My friend has now gone viral lol

He knew about the Huddle back in the day. Doubt he would join here though.Ironman92;1883766 wrote:I would like to invite Chef Pruitt on here to banter with us big shots -
ironman02Looks like Penn State OC Joe Moorhead will be the next coach at Mississippi State.
Also looks like Mike Gundy used Tennessee to most likely get a raise. He's staying put, despite Tennessee offering a 6 year, $42M deal. lol -

Gundy was never leaving Ok St. You're exactly right.ironman02;1883786 wrote:Looks like Penn State OC Joe Moorhead will be the next coach at Mississippi State.

wildcats20Apparently Herm Edwards is interviewing for Arizona State. Guess Sumlin wasn't as much of a done deal as it seemed to be.

Clay Travis and his fucking idiot followers on Twitter last night was trying to figure out how to track a plane supposedly from Knoxville to Stillwater, OK. Brought the lulz.Heretic;1883833 wrote:Vol fans are taking "stupid hillbilly" to a whole new level right now. -
Dr Winston O'BoogieDear Tennessee Fan,
We wanted to let you in on a little something the rest of America has known for 15-20 years. Yours is not an elite football program. You are a mid-range program whose goal should be to challenge for conference titles once every 5-10 years. Like a severe flood, you may contend for a national championship once every 100 years or so, but that is about it. Your program has been irrelevant for 20 years, no one outside your state talks about Tennessee football except when reading a story about Peyton Manning. Outside of him, the most important thing about your program is the Volunteer Navy. That's kind of a cool tradition - take a boat down the river, tie up and tailgate and then go watch the Vols get wood shedded by Vanderbilt.
It just seems like it'd be healthier for you to get a handle on reality. Instead of looking toward Columbus or Tuscaloosa for benchmarking, you should be looking at Oxford, MS, Iowa City, Boulder or Syracuse for your appropriate comparisons.
Sorry to bother you with this. But it is hard watching you ignorantly embarrassing yourself by acting as though you are something you are not. There is no reason to think you cannot be happy as a second tier program. Just ask Virginia. They are happy with their lot and have a lot of fun at their games.
With love,
The Rest of America
PS Your checkerboard end zones are really cute! -

Now, the Vols might be onto something that's more their level, going after Brohm from Purdue. A coach that, in one year, has taken a mediocre program turned horrible and elevated it back up to sweet, sweet mediocrity.Dr Winston O'Boogie;1883849 wrote:Dear Tennessee Fan,

That would be a very puzzling hire to me. A 63 year old who hasn’t coached anywhere in a decade and hasn’t been on a college staff in 30 years?wildcats20;1883795 wrote:Apparently Herm Edwards is interviewing for Arizona State. Guess Sumlin wasn't as much of a done deal as it seemed to be. -

wildcats20Miami's Ahmmon Richards was carted off the field at practice today with some sort of injury.

wildcats20Holy shit show.
Tennessee had an agreement with Brohm. The AD took the deal to the chancellor and the chancellor said no. So they amended the deal and Brohm said no.
According to Clay Travis. -
