  Wade Baldwin IV gone from Vandy and will hire agent. Damien Jones said before the season that he was coming back. But the longer he stays, the more he will fall in the draft. New coach, subpar year, go now.

  With their coach bolting, Vandy will be hard-pressed to keep many of their guys. Roberson, LaChance, Fisher-Davis, Justice, Toye, all solid players could seek PT elsewhere. They need to get on the right candidate ASAP and they can still have a competitive team.

  To take car of everything. Appointments, workouts, shoe deal, getting in touch with teams, etc. If you are not coming back, I think it makes no sense to not hire one actually. Get ahead of everything and just focus on basketball.
