I had him on my list all draft this season but just couldn't do it. He's a steal where you got him though.Azubuike24;1674384 wrote:I had Dejean-Jones last year. Didn't start him because he pissed me off. Iowa State debut, 20,11,5. May have to play him from now on considering Iowa State always plays high scoring contests. -
Azubuike24Hand fracture for Dorian Finney-Smith. Can't imagine he won't miss a few weeks. Chris Walker suspended. Brandon Francis academically ineligible. DeVone Walker with a torn ACL. Alex Murphy sitting out 9 games. The Gators are in trouble for the short-term. Kasey Hill, Michael Frazier and Devon Robinson will have to do a lot of work.

Azubuike2419, 8, 4 and 4 for QJ Peterson.

reclegend22I hope Winston Shepard is satisfied with being perfectly ordinary. That many here are probably thinking Who? says it all, Winston.
Also, I might as well have sent my $40 to a Nigerian prince. Cameron Ridley and Przemek Karnowski are the two worst centers in the history of this proud planet. -
reclegend22And I took Ridley with my third pick lol. Get your shit together, rec. My God.

Przemac will be alright. I had him last year he's deec.reclegend22;1674627 wrote:I hope Winston Shepard is satisfied with being perfectly ordinary. That many here are probably thinking Who? says it all, Winston.

Yeah. I was just spoiled greatly by Alex Kirk last year. The dude was arguably the best center in the country for a long stretch. I could consistently count on him to bring me 35 to 40 points. He was like Larry Bird in Gheorghe Muresan's body. He was so great.SportsAndLady;1674642 wrote:Przemac will be alright. I had him last year he's deec.
Hopefully Cameron Ridley wakes the fuck up and plays like he did in the tournament, which is why I picked him, but Texas is just so stacked in the front court this season. -
GOONx19I think my centers are solid. Cal loves him some Dakari Johnson and he's hitting some FTs this year. I think he'll end up starting for me. Wish I would've taken some more predictable players for my other bench spots though.
-
Laley23Goodluck Okonoboh put up 22.75 formme while scoring 4 actual points lol. Of he finds his rhythm offensively as the season progresses that would be amazing.
All 3 of my centers were above 23 pts including Chris Perry with 31.75...on my bench.
Completely offset by my second wildcard getting 11 FP -
IliketurtlesMy 2nd center got me 0 points. Can't find anything on why he didn't play either. Looks like for the 2nd straight year I'm going to take the worst player and definitely the worst center if this keeps up.
-
Laley23If he didn't play though, it won't hurt your average. You will have an illegal lineup if he doesn't play the rest of the week however.
In that case, I think we could give you a 0 for 1 game played and then take the backups points and average it out. -
Laley23Of course, this week you should have no trouble meeting the minimum games played.
-
IliketurtlesLol I guess he was suspended for the game by the team. Only thing I've been able to find out so far. There was nothing about this yesterday which sucks. But what's worse is I don't know how long it's for and I don't have a backup center haha.
-
birddog23Caris LeVert came up just shy of a triple double yesterday. Put up 46.5 fantasy points
-
Azubuike24I eliminated the minimum game per spot. It was too much of a pain. He won't really be penalized for a game not played. However, the minimum games must be met, which should NOT be a problem in the non-conference.
-
Azubuike24Do me a favor though people. When I'm scoring these, I'm just going to simply look at "games played" vs "total points." I may or may not catch a time where a guy is in the lineup but doesn't play, because he will technically still get a GP. Make sure you look at those and catch them, as it will increase your average. So like always, score your own so we can make sure things are correct.

Fucking Mulva's team! -

Shouldn't have to do any manual calculations this year. Go to team roster, schedule - period, switch stats from NCAAB to fantasy team to remove the bench players, and there's a FP/G column.Azubuike24;1674775 wrote:Do me a favor though people. Good. That would have been a really stupid rule.Azubuike24;1674774 wrote:I eliminated the minimum game per spot. It was too much of a pain. He won't really be penalized for a game not played. However, the minimum games must be met, which should NOT be a problem in the non-conference. -
reclegend22As an FYI, Winston Shepard and Nic Moore are no longer on my team. Fuck them. I just don't have the patience for it.
Anthony Brown of Stanford and Kellen Dunham of Butler will play in their stead. -
Azubuike24Mulva, the only problem is...if a guy is IN the lineup but doesn't play, his games played shows 1, even if he doesn't get a minute. Do we count that as a 0, if the guy was available but saw no action? It's a legit question. Obviously if we were doing TOTAL, it would hurt, but with AVG, how should we calculate it?

I think if a guy doesn't play in a game it shouldn't count as a game. If a guy misses all week then I would think we should count it as a game played and they get 0 stats. I didn't read everything that's been said in here but that is what seems logical to me.Azubuike24;1675099 wrote:Mulva, the only problem is...if a guy is IN the lineup but doesn't play, his games played shows 1, even if he doesn't get a minute. The way it is now...total points / total games played = weekly AVG. Total games or games from a certain spot doesn't mean anything.Terry_Tate;1675106 wrote:I think if a guy doesn't play in a game it shouldn't count as a game. So, if my starting C gets sick and misses a game, but then plays the next game, do we score that as 1 game played or 2? What if he just doesn't play for a coach's decision? My post was in response to Mulva saying we can just take total points and total games played, as calculated by Fantrax. However, are we looking inside the box scores? Fantrax counts you as a game played if your TEAM plays, even if you don't. -
Laley23We have a minimum games needed, but we also have a minimum position needed. Every position needs 1 game played, so if you have someone in the lineup who doesn't see the floor, it should be 1 game (even if team played 3 games that week).
But that's my opinion.
