Congrats Bucks on your bowl win.

It took a few years, but you got it done in the national spotlight tonight. Pryor looked great, alot better than what I or many others would of thought he'd done. To the people earlier in the year saying Pac-10 being the best conference this year??? I dont think so tim. Oregon isnt bad, but the Blount fumble killed them and gave the game away. Its nice to see USC not in a BCS game.

    you're god damn right!

Thanks. Pryor looked very good that is for sure. The future is promising in Buckeyes land.

The fumble was big, but Oregon had 260 total yards, and their last three possessions were Punt, Punt, Missed FG. It didn't lose them the game.

    The Bucks are back baby!!!!

If they didnt fumble, ORegon would of been ahead no matter what if fg or td. So, I would say it hurt.

OSU still goes back and scores.

    Yeah, congrats.

I'm not gonna lie......I don't like Ohio State at all and was rooting for Oregon but I can give credit where it is due. You guys have taken a lot of shit over the last few years for losing big games/bowl games and I'm guessing many of you are on cloud nine right now so I'm not going to rain on your parade. A very nice win for OSU and their fans.

It was only Oregon. Not like they beat Texas, Florida, or Alabama.

    JK .... maybe. :P

Ok, we'll give em the 6, and a 2 pt. conversion, Bucks still win 26-25.

    Sorry, you lose.

Do you actually think the game would of ended exactly the same with OSU's offense if Oregon didnt fumble? Im not going to say who would of won, but your scenario and score is an absolute guess.

Pryor looked a lot like Vince Young in this game. I know it will be said a million times, and this wasn't nearly the quality of game that the UT/UM game was, but the comparison has to be made. OSU returns almost everyone next year, and a Vince Young-like run could be in store for them. The same goes for Oregon.

As is yours if you think OSU couldn't have scored had Oregon scored there.

It doesn't matter what the Bucks do. The haters will crawl out from under a rock eventually and downgrade the victory. While it is true that the Bucks didn't beat Alabama, USC, Texas, or Florida this year, they did beat the team that beat USC by about 400 points late in the season. I give a lot of credit to a man who changed his basic coaching philosophy and unleashed Pryor. Oregon simply could not contain him and now we can look with great anticipation at the upcoming season with almost all key Buckeyes returning. It isn't a very good day for Buckeye haters, but I'm sure they will be very creative in trying to prove that black is white and night is day in futilely attempting to say that Coach Tressel really coached badly and that the Bucks got all the breaks and it would have been much better if we could have had a more creative and imaginative head coach who would use up to date offenses instead of the Stone age approach used by JT. Someone perhaps like Les Miles at LSU?? Oh, wait a minute, Miles was outcoached by JoPa and his staff today. I'm trying to remember how many points LSU's potent and creative offense scored today...Does 17 ring a bell??? I'm sorry. I just can't help myself.

Great win for the Buckeyes. Oregon came in waaaay to cocky. Wished it was duck season on that annoying mascot of theirs.

I want to hear those arrogant dbags now. I saw Tressel had a nice quote, replying when asked about Oregon's up-tempo offense.

"We have an up-tempo defense and they run, they hit and they prepare."

Ohio State's speed on defense was evident. The field didn't look nearly as big for Oregon as it did against Oregon State.

I appreciate the luke warm attempt at congrats. Anything is appreciated these days.

Saying the Blount fumble "gave the game away" is pure idiocy, however. OSU more than offset that mistake by consistently blowing chunks on kickoff and punt coverages -- and STILL won this game by more than one score.

Ohio State's offensive scheme (playing keep away) and a kick ass defense WON this game.

    Nobody gave it to them.
