Braxton Miller: Stays or Goes?

  • vball10set
Do you think he stays with the Buckeyes or enters the draft? Not should he, but will he.
  • wildcats20
    After today's comments, I think he's gone.

    I think he stays.

    I think he'll stay
  • Automatik
Read the comments, still thinks he stays.

Stays. He's probably a 3rd or 4th rounder at best if he goes.

Stays. He won't get a first round grade back from the NFL.

Based on comments that he made last week, he stays.

He would be dumb not to stay. I saw that it was "news" today that Devin Smith is staying as well. I mean, I like him, but never even considered him leaving because I don't think he is all that great.

To be honest, I didn't think Hartline was either, but he's doing okay. It just goes to show you never know how these guys will do once they get to that next level.

Agree, didn't expect much from Hartline, however, he was a great route runner at OSU. Devin Smith is good for just running straight down the field.

He makes a spectacular play, then screws up multiple ordinary ones. Needs to work at consistency.

    That wording was a joke.

I had no idea Braxton had a son.

Yeah, it's not really talked about much (ala Deshaun Thomas).

Stays, and we go to the Dallas Dome next Jan.

Me either. Just found that out today and was shocked that it's never been mentioned.

Pretty much every black guy has a kid somewhere.

Another kid is rumored to be on the way....

His handlers want him to go I hope he stays and think he will. I was 90 stay now like 75 stay...

    I can see both ways.

Pros to staying: potential heisman winner, refine his game and perhaps make more money in the pros, another shot at a potential title (yet, a substantially smaller chance)

Pros to leaving: guaranteed money right off the bat, not risking a career-ending/season ending injury with another year in college ball, stock might drop-off next year due to a depleted o-line and thus declined numbers

so, I don't know. If he has a kid, I would imagine going pro would be a little bit more enticing. I don't think his game is ready, but I am also a believer that he'd never ever be a NFL qb.

Stays. The real question I think is Shazier. As good as Braxton is, I think it'd be as big, if not bigger, a loss for that defense if Shazier leaves early.

On a side not, how does Shazier not get more love? Maybe I've got my Buckeye colored shades on, but that guy is unreal and has some of the best stats to prove it. Why does he not get the attention and awards that some of these other guys with lesser stats have?
  • vball10set
I think Shazier goes, and it's not even close. He's NFL ready, and his stock is at it's highest. As far as an OSU player not getting more love? We should be used to that by now :(
