    Soooo...I'm listening to 92.3 on the way home and they have one of the AP voters who gets a vote for the BCS on there. God help the Buckeyes if there are more assclowns like this guy on the voting polls.

    He had Ohio State EIGHTH in the BCS standings due to strength of schedule. This guys "logic" included "a 'quality' 7 point LOSS by Texas A&M to Alabama was greater than a 'quality' OSU win over Wisconsin because Alabama has a tougher conference." Also had Stanford at #3 due to their "quality" wins.

    The kicker was that he compared OSU & the Big Ten to Hawaii and their conference when they ran the table a few years back. He said the Big Ten was essentially as strong as Hawaii's conference.

    The hosts, one of them being former Buckeye Dustin Fox, were ripping this guy a new a-hole. You could tell Fox was pissed.

    Saw on Fox's Twitter it was a guy named Milner. He is an AP voter and NOT on the Harris Poll list of voters.

    So I'm sure he was just giving his opinion. Which sounds similar to Jessie Palmer's. Palmer said he would have Stanford 3rd because their loss to Utah was them not playing "Stanford football." And he had Oregon 4th lol.

    [h=2]Did Cowherd just say that?![/h] I know most of the people on here beat the dead "espn is biased" horse, but this one caught me by surprise because it was so blatant...and I normally enjoy listening to Cowherd. On his Sunday morning wrap up of the previous day's college football games he actually said something along these lines:
    "Ohio State played poorly...yeah that can score at will but they gave up 35 to Illinois...puts doubts in everyone's minds whether they can hang with the big dogs."
    I have little issue with this statement, except that it was followed by this:
    "Alabama played poorly against Miss St. And it shows how mature and well poised they are that they can play so poorly and still win on the road."
    Wait...what?!

    Exactly my point on another thread. Bama played a 4-6(1-6) team, playing their back up QB, then having the 3rd string QB come in later, and struggled to win. Yet, people are giving them credit and they lose ONLY ONE AP vote? WTF? And, as I mentioned, when Oregon racks up 60+...people are gushing over them, no matter if they saw them play or not and no matter who they played. Everyone wants to break down OSU, and seem to do nothing but put Bama, FSU and now Baylor on top of the hill! Previously, it was Oregon and Stanford as well. OSU gets criticized nationally more than any of those teams.

    Pisses me off too. Any team that wins all of it's games in one of the Big 5 conferences is proven to be pretty damn good. As I stated before, the B1G is probably the number 3 conference in college football right now

    Not sure if this is some one that was changed. But they were talking on talk radio how ESPN changed their heading on the OSU game. Had something on there originally about OSU basically blowing out Ill. Then taking that down, and changing it to something like the above.
    And of course NO mention of Baylor being down 20-7 at one point during the TT game.

    I think what he's implying is that OSU gets a bad rap or front loading their easy/out of conference games (Akron, YSU, OU, etc) at the beginning of the year while the teams mentioned are doing the same at the back end of their schedule.
