I didn't post my sub until last night lol.Azubuike24;1537499 wrote:Exactly. This is how I was thinking of it.
My only thing is, a guy has to miss the LAST game of a week to be eligible to be subbed out. If a guy goes down on Monday, unless you can show he's done for an extended period of time (torn ACL, suspension, etc...), don't post your sub until the end of the week.
That is what confused me about the subs earlier. Rec had posted one on like Tuesday.
And my first sub was due to a player transferring. -

I mean not really lol but my team is so awful I don't really care. I'll just ask as we go if I can make a roster move or not.Azubuike24;1537504 wrote:No, for week 1 everyone is screwed. Me with McGary, I'm gonna get 0. You with Ejim, gonna get 0. Pick 6 with Martin, gonna get 0. Etc. However, you can add someone for week 2, and if Ejim stays out "all his games in week 2", you get the subs numbers.
That roster change stays with you continually. Say Ejim returns midway through week 4 (so he misses his Tuesday game but plays his Saturday game), you get his week 4 totals and the sub is no longer on your team.
Make sense? -
Pick6Ok...I'd like Kasey Hill as a Utility. Dropping Jarell Martin
I'll let you guys do all of the discussion for the rule, but I am for sticking with our drafted rosters as much as possible. However, since we are keeping score week by week, I am alright with having a sub play the whole week just for simplicity. He would then be subbed out for the next week of course if your player is back. -
Azubuike24Yes, I'd make a roster move and just keep an eye on when Ejim is back.
-
Azubuike24Ejim and McGary officially in the game. Forget our subs, haha.
-
Azubuike24Both leading the team thus far too.
-
Azubuike24If you're going to make week 2 roster changes, make sure you get them posted in the next day or two.
-
Terry_TateCan I add Delon Wright, G, Utah, for Tyler Haws? Haws averaged more than him last year and this year and I have no idea if Haws will play this week.
-
Azubuike24Yep, done. Basically, you get his numbers unless Haws plays this week. If he logs even a minute, you get Haws' numbers.
-
SportsAndLadySo Keith Frazier is out tonight..what do I do?
I'd love to get rid of him, to be honest lol -
Azubuike24It's a new week, so Frazier wouldn't be eligible to be subbed out unless he misses this entire week.
That's what I was referring to with Ejim and McGary. Both missed all their games last week until Sunday. Had they missed Sunday, they could be eligible to be out this week if they missed it again. However, because they played, their clock was "reset" per se and you have to keep them.
Don't give up on Frazier though. He's a Freshman and one who was a bit overrated because SMU had a lot of returning contributors. He will be better in some of their conference games. There will be some wild scoring games in the AAC. -
Azubuike24Poor Pick6. Kasey Hill played a half, but left with a high ankle sprain. He's probably out 2-4 weeks.
-
Pick6
LMAO. I was doomed this week anyways with only 13 games.Azubuike24;1538450 wrote:Poor Pick6. Kasey Hill played a half, but left with a high ankle sprain. He's probably out 2-4 weeks. -
Pick6now there is talk that my wild card may have quit the team..smh

reclegend22I'm not even sure what's going on with Chris Wood. I think he's out of his finger cast, and reports are that he's either got mono, the flu or some other deadly virus (I'm rooting for that one), but since he's a nobody, there is virtually nothing ever written about him. So far, he hasn't played in two straight games, so I am keeping hope that I can use Jabari Bird for this week. Fingers crossed.
Bird with 14, 7, 5 and 2 last night for a nice 34.25. -
reclegend22If I could have just cracked Azu's freshman mystery during the draft, I wouldn't be in this predicament. Great call about Bird. Kid has been a stud early.
-
birddog23Cody Doolin has missed last 2 games with "family matters"
In the meantime I will be picking up Stanford's Anthony Brown
Hopefully I understood and did this right -
Azubuike24You're good!
-
sportswizuhrdAlan Williams, C, UCSB injured - out
Sam Dower, C, Gonzaga - in
As of this post, Gonzaga-Dayton has not started yet. -
Azubuike24Williams out killed you last week. Probably would've finished top 5 considering the production he's been getting.
-
Azubuike24Just FYI guys, subs are added as provisionals. I'm not gonna be really strict on who you add (as long as they fit the criteria, numbers lower on the year, same position, etc...).
Make sure you edit your original post on page 1 though, that's what we're looking at when scoring the weekly totals. -

2 of my guys who I expect will give me the most FPPG, gave me 0 points last week. Nelson and Oregon State played 0 games.Azubuike24;1543257 wrote:Williams out killed you last week. Probably would've finished top 5 considering the production he's been getting. -
Laley23I added Matthew Wright, Guard, St. Bonnaventure for Gary Harris. Dont know why it didnt post last night.
Either way, wont matter since Harris will play vs UNC, but just in case.
Wright is averaging about a pt less than Harris on the year. -
reclegend22Adding Markel Starks, G, Georgetown for Drew Crawford. Starks averages about 1.5 points less than Crawford. Like Laley, just adding as a precaution. I'm sure Crawford will play later this week.
-
Azubuike24Fuquan Edwin is out 2 weeks with a high ankle sprain (maybe more).
Adding Georgia Tech's Trae Golden (19.33 PPG) contingent for Edwin (25.05 PPG).
