I'm disappointed. That giant fat guy on Nebraska last year doesn't seem to be there, at least that I've noticed. It was always funny watching him.

OSU just methodically taking care of things with NEB. This team is just that, a team. A lot of versatility on offense. Can't just focus on one guy. Tues vs MSU is huge game. Not sure they can win @ MSU. But it will be interesting to see how they respond with their toughest game to date, on the road.

ADV a perfect 5/5 from the field for 15 points, but missed a FT. Wasn't Lenzelles best game but everyone else played solidly. Tuesday should be a great game.

Didn't need Lenzelle much really. Other players stepped up. He didn't force anything and just played within himself. Sometimes when he struggles, he tends to force things. HE didn't do that today.

OSU is absolutely developing into a really good team

I think we're gonna win tomorrow.

I'd like to share your optimism, but I think we get our first L tomorrow-and if we're going to get our first loss, then doing it vs. MSU at Breslin isn't the worst way.

Well I'm heading up tomorrow and we're 2-1 when I do so the chances are good!

If we can get through next week undefeated then I'll start to believe were a championship contender.

I am not one for moral victories, but I am hoping OSU can stay within striking distance to give themselves a shot at the end. But I don't like this matchup on the road. Williams will probably have his ass handed to him by Payne. But if he can stay out of foul trouble and at least make Payne work for his points, that would help tremendously. Payne is going to get his 20/10. Key is not letting him get off for 30.
Just not feeling very optimistic about this game, especially being on the road. Will be a tough tasks for OSU to go in there and win.

All they have to do is out physical Sparty. That's what Carolina did. If the Bucks can go in and win the rebound war and win the 50/50 balls, they will win.

I know it's Izzo and blah blah, but this is not a normal Sparty team. They are very beatable, even at home.

Uh..not sure how much you have watched OSU, but that is their weakness...physicality. They are much more of a finess team. Although Sparty is not as physical as they usually are, especially in rebounding....they are still better than OSU in those areas. And Sparty is getting more healthy. They have been pretty beat up early in year. Thus my reasoning for not liking this matchup much.

Gary Harris was also not even close to 100% that game.

MSU just out-rebounded Indiana by like 5 in Bloomington. Indiana is the best rebounding team in the country thus far.

If Ohio State is within 10 rebounds of Michigan State I will be happy. They suck at rebounding and especially will against a team like Michigan State. Under 10 rebounds and Ohio State has a shot, but this is not a good matchup for them.

Indiana isn't even the best rebounding team in the B1G. And Sparty outrebounded them by 2.

Well had to sell my tickets for tonights game. Sucks but we're still under a Level 3 and looking on the ODOT cams it's still quite terrible out there. 75 remains snow covered

It's an ice skating rink out there, and the Level 3 is supposed to remain in effect all day. Good call selling the tix--did you get what you paid out of them?

Sorry the numbers are in my favor.

And before the MSU game, Indiana was #1...

And more because I got mine through the university. But still I always look forward to the trip up, roads aren't bad in Michigan either, easily drivable. But it's getting to the state line that is the problem

    Wasn't looking at rebound margin.

Gotcha. Although what else would matter? I know they do total rebounding and stuff, but the only rebounding stats that matter are offensive rebounding % and rebounding margin, IMO. Those stats automatically adjust to the pace of the game and the amount of rebounds available in a given game.
  • wildcats20
I was just looking at total rebounding numbers

Not expecting a Buckeye victory, but if OSU brings it on defense the way they are capable, they could pull out a win.
