The first place is with Coombs and his DB's awful understanding of the coverage schemes. 2nd is Fickell, but because of the LB's and their awful understanding of the coverage schemes. Then you look at the schemes and ask "is the scheme bad, or is the positional coaching of the scheme bad?"
