Also known as the ND contract...

Bracket went 13-3 today, lost on Harvard, Pitt, and UNLV. Not too bad.

Syracuse gave me a break with a blowout win tonight. Didn't have to sweat it out.

Downer. I have NM losing to AZ on my bracket.

I picked Brascetta over Sueflohn which was a total homer pick. Still think Nick should have won.
    Oh wait....sorry, wrong bracket.

    Ball so Harvard.

As for the brackets. Lost Belmont (agaisnt my better judegment), SDSU (cause I had Wolters in the Pick-Em...who also sucked dick), NM, UNLV, Bucknell and OKST. UNLV and Bucknell to the S16. Terrible day.

It can be saved if the 6 S16 teams I have left all advance on Saturday though.

    Yikes.

Yeah. At least I didnt make the mistake of any upsets advancing more than 1 game this year (sans Bucknell).

In "The Bracket," I still have all my Sweet 16s except for Vegas, but still extremely bitter about Davidson. I had that 14 over 3 and it was stolen from me.

My biggest games tomorrow are without a doubt Temple and Wisconsin. I need both badly for my bracket to remain relevant.

I lost Oklahoma State (Round of 32), Pittsburgh (Elite 8), Belmont (Round of 32), New Mexico (Final Four), UNLV (Round of 32). I'm pretty much finished.

The Atlantic 10 is on entirely different level than the Mountain West. UNLV had the most talent of any team in that conference, and they lost in the first game.

But there is just no comparison team-wise with the A10. The A10's top four teams (Saint Louis, VCU, Temple and Butler) are all better than anything the MWC had to offer this season (not talent-wise, but team-wise without a doubt). And I think La Salle is going to make a case tomorrow when they play Kansas State. I just don't think you can give the A10 enough credit for how good it really was this year. It will likely turn out to be one of if the best years a mid-major conference has ever enjoyed.

I went 12-4 today. Davidson choking made me a sad panda. The only S16 team I lost was Oklahoma State.

    Michigan (-11) over SDSU
    Colorado State (+3) over Mizzou
    VCU (-7.5) over Akron
This is why you don't bet against me:cool:

My 3rd grade son got 13/16

Missed UNLV, New Mexico and Akron

I guess I don't have a good opinion of RPI then. I don't know how anybody can stand by the statement that Mtn. West is #1

And basically no one can. Anyone but an MWC fan is going to say the B1G, and there will be a few saying Big East. The only metric saying they are is RPI.

I went 9-7 on the day lol. Missed Oregon, Memphis, Arizona, Harvard, Butler, Cal, and Michigan. Only ones that hurt lossing were New Mexico(final four) and Bucknell(sweet 16). Just gotta hope for a great 2nd day lol.
  • Hb31187
The other ones make sense, but against Michigan 1st round? Thats a rough first round, but if you get the elite 8/final 4 teams right it usually makes up for 1st round blunders

Or Charles Barkley as he knows nothing about college basketball and just relies on numbers for his opinion.

NM was killer for me too, Final 4.

Ole Miss-Wisconsin (just tipped) should be a good one today.

Pretty excited for all the B1G matchups. The B1G should go 7-0 or 6-1 in round 1. I'd be devastated with 5 wins or less.

Also expect no less than 5 B1G teams in the Sweet 16. MSU, OSU, IND should be locks with Wisconsin/Michigan/Minnesota filling out the other 2 spots. Yes, I expect Illinois to lose against Miami.

Well Wisconsin looks shaky at best early on.

Also, I don't really care if Wisconsin gets upset. I hate Bo Ryan, their fans and that kid who gets a perm for his hair.
