Azubuike24Individually, no. However, the team is basically all Freshman and Sophomores as a group...and UM still has probably 4 future 1st rounders, whether this year or next year...

Yet they are playing for the national championship. I think the point was made.Tiger2003;1420972 wrote:Michigan freshman and sophomore are not even close to the same class Kentucky had last year. -
killer_ewokI hope Louisville wins on Monday night. Should be a great game.

I was just kidding around. I'm just tired of hearing about him, to be honest. Everyone is acting like Ware took a bullet in the line of duty. He injured his leg playing a game. Shut about about it.Azubuike24;1420969 wrote:Well, yes. Obviously. The point stands though. Although guess what? Kevin Ware is the most-showed and most popular name/face in Atlanta this weekend. -

Hmmm...ok.Mulva;1420966 wrote:Ben Howland's system wasn't exactly conducive to explosive numbers. Statistics and ability aren't the same thing. If Sully had a 3 point shot and improved passing ability as a freshman then their games could have been pretty comparable.
Certainly closer than McGary. -

Do you think C.J. Fair or MCW have a chance of returning to school?killer_ewok;1420978 wrote:I hope Louisville wins on Monday night. Should be a great game. -

Agreed. I was just shocked at how many times he was shown before, during and even after the game.reclegend22;1420980 wrote:I was just kidding around. Literally, the kid had the best seat in the house and is a celebrity. He's almost made enough appearances and connections, and made the most of them with his charisma and attitude, he might have a career outside of basketball...
Same guy who was involved in both the Tennessee and Central Florida NCAA violations...he sure landed on his feet at UL... -

For every two freshman and sophomore-laden years that you can point to, I can point to two more that were won by veterans. UConn in 2011, Duke in 2010 and UNC in 2009. And two of those titles were won during the Calipari one-and-done era. It goes both ways.Azubuike24;1420962 wrote:Kentucky last year.
Michigan this year.
When it comes down to it, top tier Freshman and Sophomores rule this sport. It makes it very difficult to get it done if you don't have any of them.
Even Louisville has Behanan (Sophomore), Harrell (Freshman), Ware (Sophomore), Blackshear (Sophomore) in their top 8. -

No reason to get your panties in a bunch. Was just make a point. I'm happy y'all are representing the BIG. The point has still not been made making it there and winning it are two different things.
Congrats again Michigan. -

I hope they do. As we've been talking about, there could be five or six absolutely stacked teams next season. It could be a GREAT year, maybe the greatest ever if certain players return to school.Azubuike24;1420982 wrote:Do you think C.J. Fair or MCW have a chance of returning to school? -

Ironman92MCW was terrible.

Cuse does have a nice class coming in. It will be hard to replace their top 4 players though. Returning MCW and Fair would give them a veteran guard and wing. Their frontline with Keita, Coleman, Christmas has the potential to be scary.reclegend22;1420987 wrote:I hope they do. He doesn't like the media. He's always that way. After what the media did to Bernie Fine and by trying to turn Syracuse into Penn State Part Two, I can't say I blame him anymore.Hb31187;1421000 wrote:lol Boeheim is acting like a little Bitch in hos press conference -

Hb31187I'm sure no coach likes the media, but if you're getting paid millions is it really that.hard to answer some questions without throwing a little fit ? lol

Terry_TateSecond straight year Syracuse has beaten one B1G team only to lose to another.

This is a good point, too. I think the problem with Boehiem is that he is just way too thin skinned. He barely even has skin it's so thin.Hb31187;1421003 wrote:I'm sure no coach likes the media, but if you're getting paid millions is it really that.hard to answer some questions without throwing a little fit ? lol -
karen lotzIt was Gregg Doyel asking questions that got him going. Doyel is a douche so I have no problem with his answers.

No, Doyel asked dumb questions.
Boeheim made it clear numerous times this season that he will be back next season. Quit asking dumb questions.
