  Ummmm, just once in the last decade has Ohio State been dubbed by the media as the pre-season #1 in 2006 and they finished #2. Wow, the media was so off on that. :rolleyes:
  
  I can't think of another year in which they started the season #1. They have started in the top 5 a lot, but I believe they were only a pre-season #1 in 2006. Keep making things up though.

  Good article. Same could be said about penn st also. But they were wrong about no one on the team not having to do with anything. Hall and brown I believe took money after the whole tattoo thing came out which hit Ohio st with the failure to monitor which led to the bowl ban. I can't remember what exactly hall and brown did but I remember it was something absolutely retarded but they should have been smarter especially with the NCAA already breathing down their necks. I do think it is a shame they got hit with the bowl ban though I thought it wasn't deserved
